The courtesy and service level of the Staff is impressive. The ambience and neatness of the rooms shows that maintenance is upheld here a lot.

The breakfast can be better with options for English and local dishes. Don't "force" a particular meal that's convenient for you on us for breakfast.

I like the size and cleanliness of the room. The AC works really well and water pressure in bathroom is good. Building is quite new and very clean. Location is also good, and safe with a gate and security on site.

The wifi is quite slow and password had to be entered by staff. Sometimes gets disconnected in the room, so it is not good for remote online work. Wifi works well in the lobby/reception. They don’t accept any major credit cards, only cash.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Capitol to prepare for my wedding, and I must say, it was one of the best decisions I made. I landed from London on the 30th of March and left yesterday, the 7th of April – and every single day here has been exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The staff were truly amazing – attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special shout-out to OPEYEMI, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort – truly an incredible person with a heart for service! I stayed in Room 405, Valley View, and it was simply perfect. Spacious, spotless, and tastefully designed, with a view that makes you pause and appreciate the moment. The housekeeping team was top-notch, maintaining high standards and ensuring the room always felt fresh and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and well thought out – with a nice variety to choose from and a kitchen staff that genuinely cared. They even checked up on me to ensure every meal was served right and satisfying. The front desk team was professional and well-trained, always courteous and efficient. I also appreciated the regular evening check-ins from the Hotel Manager, a thoughtful touch that shows how much the management values guest experience. Security was another big win for me. The hotel is located within a secured estate, and it also has its own dedicated security team. I felt completely safe at all times, which allowed me to truly relax and focus on the wedding prep. Oh, and let’s not forget the super-fast WiFi – a must-have these days, and they nailed it! Hotel Capitol is not just a place to stay – it's a place to feel cared for. From the staff to the facilities, everything exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines comfort, security, quality service, and a personal touch, Hotel Capitol is it. I Absolutely liked everything about Hotel capitol. From the delicious dinning options to Cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations. What a Gem of a hotel, from the efficient checkin/checkout processes each moment was delightful. Also, The hotel has a very safe, serene and secure environment. The hotel is a blend of charm and timeless facilities. They secure and safe environment of the hotel will always have my heart, I have recommended that others visit hotel capitol once, and I can assure you that they will never regret it.

The breakfast was too different may you please try continental meals to suit international guests. Also if the room is booked for two people both of them should have access to WiFi not just one person

This hotel is real value for money. It is close to the airport and also major CBD and night life. The Facility looks well kept and security is great. Staff at the front desk were friendly and looked professional.

The restaurant can be better with more reasonable portion of food for the complimentary breakfast. Facility can use a well demarcated emergency protocol and climbing up 3 storey's to some rooms is also challenging (but I guess this is a major structural limitation that can be factored for future longterm renovations)

Cleanliness.

The surroundings, some of the sockets in the room weren’t working. The food wasn’t great.

The breakfast is served for only 1 person even though you booked for 2 adults. But the staffs were kind enough to provide 1 more breakfast because it was not spelled out when booking from booking.com that breakfast is for only 1. If you booked from their desk, it will be made clear. Booking.com needs to update this. Secondly, the hotel was fumigated without us being informed. I walked into a fumigated building. My check out was delayed because I had to wait for the insecticide smell to dissipate. The staff apologised profusely which I accepted.

Friendly staff, clean property, good location

I suggest they get a “do not disturb” & “please clean up my room” tag in all the rooms - the cleaning staff disrupted my sleep twice because they wanted to clean the room.

From Front Desk to Bar & Restaurant, all services were fast. No delay in services. Cos me I have zero tolerance for delay 🫣😃

There should be Electric Cup or Kettle. Just incase I want a hot tea at night. Speaking from the amenities in the room I stayed, room 405.
