The rate was very reasonable and the location was very good. Also, I showed up an hour before check-in and the gentleman who helped me couldn’t have been more professional.

You gave to check-in at one hotel and then drive or walk a considerable distance to your room which is at another hotel. Also, I paid for the least expensive room and, even though the room had everything I needed, it was surprisingly small and I walked in not expecting much space.

The location was adorable. It was right on the end of a island with a lighthouse overseeing everything. It was a beautiful spot! The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent

The rooms were very small and because of renovations we had to walk to a nearby hotel for breakfast and check in and any other things that we needed. But overall it was wonderful

A reasonably spacious studio apartment with some basic facilities for cooking. Comfortable and clean. Free parking outside. A couple of decent restaurants within walking distance. We were at the beginning of the summer season so the town was very quiet. A bottle opener among the kitchen equipment would have been welcomed.

Seafront location. Layout and standard of furnishings very good as was the kitchenette. Strong WiFi. Quiet location overall. Overall very comfortable. Good parking.

No negative comment other than the check-in and checkout being at a different location. The same would have been true of breakfast although I did not require it.

Special style of 3 parallel building and accessing room from the common deck. Located at the tip of the town. The rooms are nicely decorated and with a well equipped kitchen. We asked for a 2nd floor room (no neighbors above to avoid potential disturbance of wooden floor). Once you know the reception is in the other hotel 5mn away and there is nothing else than the rooms, it’s ok!

It was a nice place near the ferry and the lighthouse.

It should have been clearer that they share a check in procedure with another hotel. It was a little difficult to find.

Location next to the sea. Very good condition. Good shower. Next to the only pub of Andenes nowadays.

No refrigerator in the room. Easy gets warm in the summer, not a significant issue though.

Possible to cook in the room or use the downstairs restaurant. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to shops and whale safaris. Nice hiking places within 10 min drive.

If you want privacy, curtains need to be down all the time as people walk pass them to their own rooms.

Decent size room although a little dark.

Noisy people next door very noticeable as the walls are very thin. Staff at the room key collection hotel, down the road, are very sharp.

Spacious, clean and nice cabins. Good location to ferry and places to eat. Got a takeaway pizza and spent the night in the cabin.

Check in further up the road, and had to wait for the room to be ready post check in time.
