Nice hotel adjacent to a small water park with big pool and one slide. The hotel has a great indoor play area which the kids enjoyed. near the hotel (15 minutes' drive) there is a nice small town with plenty of restaurants, but when we came (late August) most were closed for the season. The breakfast was good but not exceptional.

There is no Coffee machine publicly available. There is one near the reception and some workers give coffee for free while others claim that you should pay for it.

Tasteless cucumber pickles which seemed to be years old and turned almost white, and sliced tomatoes which were leftovers from the day before

Really lovely decor inside, beautiful views and very peaceful. I was pleasantly surprised as, when approaching the hotel from outside, I wasn’t sure what to expect inside! Great breakfast and the evening meals was delicious! The staff were excellent - high service levels and very friendly.

The evening food menu wasn't particularly baby friendly. A bit intense and probably not suited for children under 3. Not a deal breaker in any way however.

The hotel advertises the fact that they connected to a swimming pool complex. That was the reason for choosing this hotel. BUT unfortunately the the whole pool complex was closed when I was there.

The staff was accommodating when we needed an extra chair in the room and when we had questions. In particular, Gunn was most helpful. The facility was clean, and the food was very good.

There really wasn't anything we disliked.

We experienced far too many people in the Badeland. There didn't seem to be any limits to people entering. It also meant we had to wait 1.5 hrs for our lunch order inside the pool area!!!!! Horribly understaffed!

Absolutely loved the view from the restaurant.

Well, the children bed was a bit of a back breaker and not comfortable at all (would have otherwise given a 10).
