It was quite a popular weekend and there were loads of people at the spa. It was a party like atmosphere though- which is also a nice vibe

Sauna door smashed my finger. Rather expensive food. A very small room with no view (it was basic, but in a spa resort, so it could at least have decent lighting). Sauna with the view is not warm enough.

Big and comfortable beds and rooms.

Only our apartment didnt had the hanging chair...All others had...(our was room 619) There was some excessive noise few times per day where all the walls were vibrating... And we didnt got the baby crib as we have pre-ordered.

I didn't expect much of a view for the price of the room we paid compared to the rest of the options. But it was stunning! Our room had a large balcony and we had superb view of the sunset. The food was great! Both breakfast and dinner were really good because of the balcony door there was plenty of fresh air and the room was not too hot.

When you are overlooking the spa/pool from your room, then it can get a bit noisy with guests (and their drinks..) in the jacuzzi. It's a nuisance but it did not spoil our experience,

The spa and the reataurant was good, staff was friendly

One thing that to reach the rooms you have to go the outside, in winter time its litle unpleasant

we loved the location and spectacular fjord views - panoramic and just magic the restaurant was superb with views and amazing food the spa was incredible - views and facilities

the standard double bedrooms are average, and dont fit the profile of the resort the facilities in the rooms are not maintained and upgraded - out dated lots of group bookings for events and parties, so we didnt have a good sleep with alot of noise and partying around us

We loved the location and the complete hotel organisation around the location , stunning views across Kragerø and everything needed for a very relaxing vacation

Nice buble bad with the view bihind, Inklusive sauna a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view, on the side you can order the drink 🥂🍾 Just excellent !

Clean, comfortable, great views.

No tea/coffee making facilities. Room was too hot and airless at night.

Beautiful views of Kragerø especially at night. Bar and lounge were peaceful, breakfast buffet very good. Housekeeping staff attentive and through. ask for Christopher in the bar/lounge. Friendly and courteous as well as diligent. Josefin, at the desk was helpful and a great asset to the property.
