It is in a beautiful location. If traveling with a 4x4, you just have to be careful not to miss the sign that takes you to the property off-road. The staff were attentive and we wrote messages prior to the arrival. Welcoming was nice and they took us up to the sunset spot; amazing. Bags were taken to the room. Our villa was very clean and cozy, surrounded with some nice trees and a lot of birds that sing during the sunrise (very unique). Food was really nice, so many options and you can sit inside or outside. If you really want to enjoy the desert, I would suggest even two nights.

The only thing we did not like was the music at the restaurant, during the dinner. It would be better something more neutral, calm, like lounge music or something like that.

We had a very nice stay at the resort. The staff was welcoming and warm. Bedrooms were quite nice and comfortable. We had a view on the dunes and we would wake up in the morning with Camels passing by. The food was very good (which is rare of me to say when it comes to self service offers). The resort is very beautiful and every evening the staff brings you on top of the dunes for free to give you the opportunity to visit and enjoy the sunset with some tea and water. It's much appreciated. We also went to the spa which is very nice and clean. The 1h20 massage and face treatment were very relaxing. I definitely recommend and would go back there gladly.

I think it would be nice to have more activities inside the camp itself. The outside activities are a bit pricey (I've been to many deserts and would say this is the most expensive I have seen so we could not do all we wanted). So, to cope with this it would be great to have more things to do inside the camp (which definitely lacks a pool btw).

The camp was super nice and the tent spacious with great and comfortable beds. Dinner and breakfast were good. Dinner could have been warmer, most of it was quite cold. The drive there could be done easily by ourselves. The included camel ride was really nice.

Unfortunately, it was not as quiet and peaceful as expected. There were many big cars and motorcycles going up and down the dunes. Right next to the people and pretty late into the evening. This was really disturbing. Service could have been a bit better, everyone seemed a bit stressed.

The perfect location- unspoilt desert for miles. Staff could not do enough for ypu and the paid exercusions were fantastic. Loved the dune bashing, our guide Rashid was brilliant. The quad biking was so much fun and the hot air balloon a really unique experience. The buffet breakfast and dinner were really nice (restaurant staff so friendly) and our room (deluxe villa) was really spacious- bed very comfy.

Didn't clean our room after first night-, needed to ask for more toilet roll and bins full.

Location is the key to this place, out in the desert gives a special experience. Landcruisers on hand to run you up the dunes for the sunset which is a must do. Didn't make the camel rides or the Spa but just enjoyed the place. Drive out to the resort was not bad and once done, the return was less of a concern. Just need to watch out for goats and camels. We used google maps and there is only one road so once you get on it there is no problem, providing you have 4WD. Really good evening buffet and breakfast buffet.

Can't really describe this magical peaceful place well enough. I stayed 2 nights and it should be a minimum. The staff is incredible..they can't do enough for you. The rooms are little havens. Food is good and lots of it. I used the Spa and had the best massage I've ever had from Sugi. Such royal treatment! I also did dune bashing and camel riding. You can do other activities. I can't recommend this place enough. Thanks to everyone there.

There's nothing here to not like.

We went relatively in off season . Its in the middle of the desert. While driving to the desert our car got stucked as we forget to deflate our tyres. The general manger of the hotel himself came to our rescue. And helped us . It was quick and we had a wonderful day at the resort. Chef and the staff at the restaurant were good and had made nice meals for us. Front desk was helpful and so oa the concerige.

A swimming pool would have been better . Rest all were good

Location was brilliant, right in the desert. The villas were comfortable and relaxing. Everything was clean. AC was working fully. The restaurant food was exceptional and the staff were always helpful. Loved the lounge / games area as it kept the kids occupied. Plenty of activities for the family. Spa was a bonus as well

Shame they didn’t have a film on in the outdoor cinema area but my guess was that it was peak summer and off peak season so the resort was less than half full. My 15 and 12 year olds couldn’t do quad biking as they were too young but it was a shame they didn’t have a smaller version for teens.
