Excellent staff, very accommodating for anything we requested and particularly for our dietary requirements and providing full breakfast lunch and dinner despite it being Ramadan, big warm pool which my sons loved, Iftar on the beach. Able to walk directly on to the beach, plenty of parking.

The rooms and some facilities are feeling the wear and tear BUT, they were clean, well appointed, plenty of storage , the aircon was easily adjustable and the showers very powerful. The downstairs rooms had little gardens which would have been lovely.

nice big room and bathroom, very nice terrasse and sea- and pool view, very friendly staff, shady places at the beach, nice big pool, quiet place, good breakfast, busstation in front of the hotel.

the food for dinner was not so much my taste, no other restaurants near. a beach towel would be nice. locals driving at the beach with their car.

Unmaintained surrounding, no chairs and table outside a terrase, service holes not covered nor marked, no wi-fi in my room (but i knew about this).

swimming pool was so good and also ocean view was great, location 10 minutes from city center and 5 minutes from Hyper Market, staff were so nice and fast responding for any thing you ask

Very attentive and friendly staff, always there when you need something. Special offer for the breakfast, good price and value. Waiters always offered you extra food/drinks. Good location on a quiet beach, direct beach access, rooms where calm and spacious. Dinners where offered at the beach and the wifi worked well. The price you pay per night is totally fine for the hotel. Room service came every day to clean up.

Wonderful! Charming chalet village. My delightful chalet on the beach had a magical sea view from my bed and pool view from my dining room. Very private and quiet, excellent nights sleep. Fantastic walk in shower. Very kind and gracious staff. Well located for sightseeing tours to Taqah Castle and the delightful Merchant House opposite (incense making workshops with Heidi). I also enjoyed trips organised by Mohammed at Aryaf Jebreen Tourism (AJtourism.Om) to the enchanting Samharam UNESCO Archaeological site, magical Mirbat Castle, Frankincense valley and museum... and wadis and paradise waterfalls. I’ll be back... Salalah is a paradise and the Samharam Tourist Village is delightful. P.s. The chicken briyani is excellent, you can also ask for it as a take away picnic on day trips to the beach or mountains.

We got something like a separate small villa with our own terrace and it was really nice! The room itself was spacious and cozy, had everything required - bed, desk, fridge, chairs; bathroom had all amenities including toiletries and towels. From the terrace once could go to the hotel pool or to the beach.

Our stay was perfect - nothing to complain about.

Location, food, cleanliness, staff, everything. Hotel Manager Mr. Satish is so friendly, didn't feel that we were staying in some hotel. Service was too good, staff was so friendly, Breakfast was also good. Location is best in salalah, Overall will give this place 10/10.

We stayed in a three bedroom villa which is spacious. We stayed three families together and kids enjoyed a lot in the spacious living cum dining room. Pool for adults and kids. Resort Location is good.

No Wi-Fi in villas. Big pool and kids pool is there. No changing room and no life guard.

It is not a villa , it is an apartment with three rooms. They should change what is written Washing machine was not fixed. Not enough cooking items.. Part of Swimmoing poll , was so deep not suitablefor family, no resque items provided. They should modified it.
