The room was very nice and well-appointed, with reasonable amenities and a comfortable layout that made our stay relaxing. Its location was excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions and stunning views. The breakfast selection was Ok but not that fresh and reasonable diverse, catering somehow various tastes, while the pool area was clean, inviting, and a great spot to unwind. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

I had a wonderful stay at the Millennium Resort in Salalah and would love to share my positive experience. From the very beginning, I felt truly welcomed. The staff were incredibly friendly—at the reception, during meals, and throughout the hotel. The food was excellent, and although no alcohol was served, I didn’t mind at all. In fact, it made for a calmer, more peaceful atmosphere, which I really appreciated. The shuttle service to and from the beach was fantastic, with many available time slots. The driver always took great care of us. A special thank you to the housekeeping team, especially Ratan and Forhad and other room attendants—my room was always perfectly cleaned, and I truly appreciated their effort. The location is also ideal, just a short walk to the shopping mall. The pool area is beautiful, and the rooftop party area offers a stunning panoramic view. All in all, a perfect holiday—I already miss it! Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so special. Highly recommended!

Excellent facilities, Sami is a great property manager. The rooms were great and since we were traveling with an infant we stayed in the hotel for the entire 4 nights, we didn’t step out even once..! The property is beautiful and well maintained. The housekeeping team is great too

The only downside was the food.. we booked the all inclusive package since we were with an infant and thought it would make our lives easier. Unfortunately, the catering leaves a lot to be desired. Buffet often ran out of food and the spread especially for a 5 star property wasn’t great. Also, it would be great to have standard soda like Coke/ Pepsi rather than other knock offs atleast as an option. We didn’t find the value for money in the all inclusive package. Credit to the property manager, Sami for acknowledging the issue and promising to work on it. We’ll be back, but might not take the all inclusive package

The chalet is brilliant and right in front of the pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the Moroccan waiter Yaseen in the restaurant he is very polite and always greeting everyone with a smile on his face. Breakfast is varied and lots of choices.

Maybe more options for all inclusive snacks like ice cream, fruit and fresh juice instead of the unhealthy fizzy drinks and sugary chilled juices, especially for kids.

We rented a 2-bedroom duplex villa that perfectly accommodated my family of six (2 adults + 4 kids) at a great price. I consider it to be the best value for money. Their buffet dinner is quite a good deal as well, especially with the 1+1 free offer, and breakfast is also reasonable. However, the variety in both dinner and breakfast buffets is quite restricted. The rooms were great, and the pools were clean and always supervised by on-duty lifeguards. There was also a separate pool and gym available for ladies. Highly recommended! We experienced smooth check-in and check-out, and there were always plenty of roadside parking spaces available.

Practically nothing but a minor leakage under the basin which was promptly fixed on first complain.

A Slice of Paradise – Millennium Resort Salalah From the moment I arrived, the experience was flawless. Front Desk Manager Sami and Kathlyn greeted me with warmth and grace, setting the tone for a truly unforgettable stay. The staff—attentive, kind, and effortlessly accommodating—made everything feel magical. Nothing was ever too much. Breakfast was a joy—fresh, delicious, and beautifully arranged. The rooftop grill? Pure romance. Dining under the stars with a gentle breeze and breathtaking sea view was simply unforgettable. But the pool... oh, the pool! A dreamy, shimmering oasis surrounded by swaying palm trees and delicate white flowers. It felt like stepping into a scene from a love story—calm, enchanting, and touched with tropical charm. A special mention to the swimming pool team—absolute stars! They had the perfect sense of when to assist, always attentive without ever being intrusive. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care elevated every moment by the water. They didn’t just do their job—they made me feel truly looked after. Add to that the team's warm humour and good vibes, and you have more than a resort—you have a memory worth treasuring. Millennium Resort Salalah doesn’t just host you—it captivates you. )

The resort is a good choice if you plan to use it as a hub for daily excursions. I had booked a chalet with pool and it was really a great experience. The chalet is very spacious and has modern design overall. The bathroom is big and is partial outdoor with a rainforest shower. It is very nice to walk into the private pool after a long day excursions, from your pool you have access to the "river" pool going around the property. None chalet guests are gathered around the big pool in the middle of resort. The entire pool area is very lush and tropical which is lovely. Very professional staff and correct immediately if there are complaints.

The roof top restaurant is a joke and not worth a visit but the reception staff corrected the bill at the check-out so I can still recommend the hotel. Hotels that correct errors without long discussions are hard to find, it shows that they listen, show empathy and also compensate. 10/10 for service mind set! Their "beach club" some kilometers aways is a good solution to give hotel guests a beach facility but unfortunately the place looks oldschool and is not so inviting to spend a day there.

Overall, it was a delightful experience. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcomed and cared for. The dining options were also impressive. Each meal had a variety of flavorful dishes that catered to different tastes. The quality of the food was top-notch, and the restaurant ambiance added to the overall dining experience. However, I did notice that the pool area could benefit from some renovation. While the pool itself was functional and clean, the surrounding facilities felt a bit outdated and could use a refresh to match the high standards of service and dining. In summary, [Resort Name] offers excellent food and service, making it a wonderful place to stay. With a few updates to the pool area, it has the potential to become truly outstanding. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We stayed in a two bedroom villa and enjoyed its proximity to the pool and the restaurant. Our kids loved the lazy river. The landscaping was perfect for creating privacy on our terrace and giving the resort a tropical feel. Our villa was spacious, clean and comfortable, and equipped with most things we’d need if we decided to self cater instead of eating out. It was perfect for families of four. Our children loved the towel animals left by housekeeping. There was a good selection of international food available at breakfast. The location was excellent, close to the Grand Mall, a short taxi ride/hotel shuttle to the beach and within an hour of all the main attractions.

There were patches of missing tiles at the bottom of the pool and a few tired fixtures and fittings in our room.
