Location was good in terms of distance for everything that you need to do in Salalah, the staff are helpful and are prepared to meet all your needs. there is plenty of underground parking which is a plus, also given the humidity in salalah, switching off the AC renders the room very humid and horrible, so their system is set up so the AC does not switch off if the key card is removed.

Breakfast was alright, again staff at breakfast especially yaser were wonderful, however the breakfast was repetitive, nothing new - same thing every day. Also the hotel is located in kind of an industrial area - keep that in mind to manage your expectations.

the kitchen isn't equipped with utensils. (house keeper provided us with plates, bowls nd glasses) v.small refrigerator (although we arrived late, they gratefully provided us either large refrigerator as we are on special dirt and being our food with us).

the rooms are very spacious, it was a one bedroom apartment with living, a big bedroom and kitchen. the staffs were so kind and good.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like, but could make some improvements on the breakfast spread. every alternate day the breakfast was repeating, so for a stay of 4 days it felt little boring. also, we had taken a dinner buffet, which didn’t have much dish options for the price we paid.

One of the best property to stay in salalah during khareef Seasons, staffs here were very sophesticated and friendly . Rooms were very spacious similar to Apartments best for family stay. Especially thanks to Manisha sister for helping me out with my wrong entry in Booking.com and brother firas for kind omani guesture. I will be coming back on august, see you all soon.

Clean, good customer service, big rooms

Sound proofing, there is lot of furniture moving noise coming from room above our room. Breakfast menu is fixed Smell of smoking in the bathroom!

It is very close to the airport. The hotel restaurant food was good and not expensive.

There is no refrigerator in the kitchen. It is small one in the bedroom. The swimming pool did not have heater.

The location is in the industrial area. High price. Very tight basement parking. Last day, there was no hot water in the bathroom.

the tulip inn Mayan is an exceptional hotel and luxury hotel front office team is great and warm welcoming especially fires and Ishtar . the moment we arrived we felt and greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. the hotel is elegant and modern design breakfast is good and hotel is clean

Good location and big rooms. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options. The staff were friendly and overall the experience was pleasant.

Our suite had a weird smell when we entered (probably due to the humidity).
