We couldn't enjoy all the facilities because of ongoing renovations

Everything from the welcome till the goodbye. We had a problem with the room at the check in, but the staff immediately managed it and let us change the room with another one. We were also lucky to stay in the resort at its low capacity, so everything was like exclusively for us and the few other family present. Dinners at the beach restaurant were amazing and the staff was accomodating all our requested. Definitely i would recommend Hilton Salalah

The only thing bad were the ants on the sunbeds near the swimming pools... unfortunately the staff try everything but they should find a definitive solutions for these ants

Our stay at Hilton Salalah was truly wonderful. A special thanks to the Front Desk Manager, Sumaya, for helping us get the perfect room, and to Antony and Chamika for their warm hospitality and excellent service. We would also like to thank Praveen, the pastry chef, and Ajan for the delightful pastries and bakery items that were specially made for us. Rhea took great care of our table, and Karen’s specially prepared tea added such a thoughtful personal touch. A special mention as well to Shibin from the housekeeping team, who was always prompt and attentive whenever we needed anything. Thank you to the entire Hilton team for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Salalah, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The staff truly made the difference—Said, Haytham, and Elen were exceptional in their hospitality. Said and Haytham went above and beyond, taking the time to explain the local tourist sites and offering helpful insights that made my visit even more enjoyable. Although I didn’t catch the names of the bellboy and housekeeping staff, I want to acknowledge their humble, professional, and friendly service. Every team member I encountered contributed to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a good variety at breakfast that catered to different tastes. I also found the pricing to be very reasonable, which added great value to the overall experience. Hilton Salalah is not just a hotel—it’s a place where guests feel genuinely cared for. Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning soon.

The Hilton hotel is very well located, only 15mn from the airport. It is extremely clean, has a beautuful swimming pool with a water slide and a long beach. It is not crowded at all and we enjoyed playing in the waves. The hotel room was impeccable, very quiet and the layout was perfect. My son and I had our own bed and we felt very confortable. The room and bathroom were extremely clean. One day we forgot to remove the " do not disturb" sign on the door , but later in the afternoon the cleaning service took the care to do our room without even asking. I thought this was high quality service. The staff is very attentive, smiley and friendly, always happy to help or assist. The buffet is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the quality of food is good with some variety. There is another restaurant à la carte on the opposite side but we did not try it as the buffet offered all we needed. The restaurant terrace is right on the pool which is really pleasant. The only downside are the big black birds which come very close to the tables and can be a bit annoying but the staff is very careful and pays attention to it. It shows the natural part of Oman ! I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay and will definitely go back there next time.

First of all, I would like to say big thank you to all the staff at the hotel! Amazing people and great hospitality! Very helpful and kind staff in the restaurants. I can name some of those who assisted us every day - Hasara, Yalina, Nagireddy, Lutfur and Rani. Thank you again and wish you all the best! I hope the hotel management takes good care of such great people they have working for them. Second, the food at the Palm Grove restaurant was so delicious, we were eating there almost every day as it wasn’t easy to find good options outside. The Champagne was great as well! Third, even though the hotel isn’t new but it’s clean and well-maintained. Nice cozy rooms. Our room didn’t have a good view but still it was comfortable. Last but not the least, the amazing pool is worth mentioning! Loved it so much even though I’m not really a pool person, I prefer beach. However, the beach was a bit far and with high waves. So, we didn’t swim there. Also, we rented a car at the hotel office and were very happy about the price and the service!

I would like only to recommend working on the variety of the food for breakfast. We stayed for 7 nights and the food almost didn’t change so it was really boring to eat the same food options especially on the last 3 days of our stay… Another thing which was annoying and I’m not sure if the hotel can really influence it somehow but the mosquitos in the evening at the restaurants’ outdoor seating and near the pool. It was crazy. I got so many bites, so did my family. Maybe the whole outdoor area should be treated for mosquitoes every day and not only the bushes near the building. I wish also there was some sort of a path to the sea so you can reach it easily because it’s quite far to walk.

Not sure where to begin, but let's start from the moment my wife and I stepped into Hilton Salalah Resort. We were warmly welcomed by the most respectful, professional, and friendly receptionist, Ahmed! We were also fortunate to meet Awad, who greeted us with the biggest smile and made us feel at home instantly. Abdallah and Ellen were amazing too and ensured we had a smooth check-in/check-out. Our stay in the grand suite was nothing short of perfection, with stunning views and a dedicated housekeeping team that kept everything impeccable. Mariam and her colleague, Ujjal were consistently polite, friendly, and always punctual, making sure we never needed a thing. Even the guy in the shop was very polite, nice and amazing! Now, onto what everyone looks forward to—*the food!* The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. Dinner was even better, as we enjoyed the à la carte menu and tried so many delicious dishes, each one better than the last. A huge thank you to Rhea, Karen, Hasara, Mr. Rasik (the F&B manager), and Chef Mohamed Tawfik—the maestro behind every delightful bite. They pampered us daily throughout our 10-day stay, and their hospitality made us never want to leave. Last but certainly not least, this exceptional team wouldn't shine as brightly without the visionary leadership of Mr. Ahmed Masoud, the GM. His eloquent communication, leadership skills, and dedication to his team's success truly reflect in every part of the resort. God bless him and the entire team at Hilton Salalah for making our stay truly unforgettable. We can't wait to return!

The room was so clean the house keeping is fast and clean the food is good the stuff is very helpful The car rental is not expensive and good

It’s a must to take the hotel taxi or rent a car if y want a city taxi u should walk outside the hotel for 1 km The small water is 1 O.R in the restaurant they don’t give u water in the dinner , for the beach u need to walk for maybe 2/3 km in the sand the pool is good and warmed up because of the weather nothing to do in the hotel no entertainment and no activities

Room: was excellently clean and the house keeping were active all the time Breakfast: was delicious and had alot of variety and friendly staff Beach: was clean and nearby on a distance of walk Over all: it was a friendly environment with amazing experience

Room: I was able to hear my neighbours and the peaple heaving party outside, so the isolation was not that good, also the bathroom does not have a drainage system, it was a bit inconvenient Breakfast: some items were missing on daily basis, but I believe they will provide them if requested Others: the hotel had mixed pool and gym facilities in addition to a bar that was next to the lobby, which (from my opinion are some points that make it less family friendly environment)

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Mr. Rajesh from the restaurant / reception helped to find and return my lost wallet. The house keeping staff, who helped with our rooms, Kalpesh and Rumphol were very helpful. Definitely on my return visit list. Thank you.....

The access to town was difficult, due to the exorbitant rates charged by the local taxi drivers. Wish there was an access to Otaxi in Salalah like in Muscat, which would have allowed us to visit more locations in Salalah. Hopefully this will change in the future
