- Exceptional service from a wonderful team, huge spacious and peaceful facilities, beautiful gardens and beaches - Rasha and Islam from reception were extremely friendly, the concierge team, Rima, Hussein, Manoj and Raj from the breakfast room and restaurants were excellent, Maan from the room service and pool bar made the best cocktails and was great to chat too, and Azmir and his housekeeping were the best ever! Everyone we had contact with was very genuine, friendly and professional. - Beautiful Marina Suite, two balconies overlooking the marina, comfy bed, enormous bathroom, sun loungers - Lovely breakfast spread and service, excellent daily housekeeping service, good wifi, clean beaches, long walks - Superb seafood dinner outdoors listening to a band with a cello, guitar and flute player

- Food offerings at the adult only Juweira beach, as well as their smaller adult only pool would have been nice - The very noisy Island Bar that plays loud music on Thursday nights well into 2am... - Quality of the shampoo was very poor, otherwise there were excellent bathroom amenities

Our stay at Juweira Boutique Hotel was simply wonderful! From the very first moment, we experienced high-level service and warm hospitality. At the reception, we were greeted by Rasha, and we didn’t have to wait at all – the check-in process was quick and efficient. At the same time, Rasha gave us a detailed overview of the hotel's facilities and all the opportunities available, ensuring we wouldn't miss anything. It was incredibly helpful and pleasant. Rasha, thank you so much for your attentiveness and professionalism! The room cleaning was impeccable. Every time returning from the beach, we found our rooms perfectly tidied. A special thanks to Maruf for his excellent work! The hotel's location is excellent: it has direct access to both the ocean beach and the bay area. The hotel compound is widespread, featuring picturesque canals with charming bridges. Along the shore, there are numerous restaurants offering a variety of delicious cuisines, as well as small souvenir shops. Although the hotel is rated 4 stars, the comfort and services provided easily match a 5-star experience. We would love to return here again!

It would be good to add all-inclusive option

The staff are really friendly and attentive, specially Rasha and Gad who were the front desk in charge when I was there. But all of them are actually really nice. My hotel room was equipped with necessary things, very comfortable and clean. The swimming pool near the bar was really beautiful.

The hotel must have at least 1 or 2 reputable tour agency that they can recommended to the guest or at least a brochure that shows what’s in Salalah to promote tourism. As a tourist, I find it difficult to go around or even search online. This is something they can do above and beyond as a five star rating hotel. I did asked the receptionist what they can recommend but they don’t have an answer to what I was asking. That’s why if they have this place it would be much convenient. Also, seems like online taxi is not allowed in the property.

Peaceful atmosphere, much nicer than the 5* hotels nearby (which you can also access freely). We were suprinde to find you can access nearly all areas of the nearby hotels on the Hawana Resort (Rotana and Fanar). Even so, Juweira was the best place to stay. The best small private beach, again peaceful compared to the others. Very fine white sand and shallow water We also received complementary cake to my room on my birthday

I spent 3 nights in this hotel. I travel a lot and have rarely encountered a hotel of such quality. The room with balcony and view of the marina is very large, with plenty of storage space. Restaurant: the buffet dinner at the Al Manara restaurant is very good and varied every evening. Very good breakfast too. IMPORTANT NOTE: I had a problem with my return flight and THE RECEPTION STAFF WERE FANSTASTIC, RASHA IS SO VERY KING AND LISTENING, AS WELL AS HER TWO COLLEGUES (sorry, I can't remember their names, but they wear the kouma), AND THE MANAGER. I therefore recommend this hotel 100%.

The only thing that could be improved is to change the entire menu of the fish restaurant every day.

Everything was perfect. What we enjoyed the most was the friendliness of the staff. They always greeted us und helped if it was necessary. We would like to mention two persons especially: Rasha on the frond desk. She is such a warmhearted and friendly person. We felt so well with her! And also the man who cleaned our room, Murad. He was always helpful and so friendly. We felt so well in this hotel.

Something which is not the fault of one single person: We missed the children and the young families. The hotel was clearly presented as "adults only". So all okay. However we probably won't take again a hotel with "adults only", because we like the liveliness of children. But this ist not a fault of the hotel because they declared it clearly.

The situation on the Marina also close proximity to the beach; staff friendliness on welcome and throughout our stay; breakfast options nice cooked and presented.

The restaurant lacked atmosphere in the evening, softer lighting, a few screens to make more discreet dining areas may help. Also poolside after the rain (Saturday, Iron Man competition took over the swimming pool), all cushions very wet but pool attendant made no effort to dry them off (by midday and beyond). Broken tiles by shallow steps, old spa pool fittings and ‘mess’ (long black hair, food droppings etc) just distracted from overall relaxing ambiance.

However, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. The gym was quite underwhelming—small and lacking in equipment, which made it difficult to get a proper workout in. Additionally, the closing times for the swimming pool were a bit disappointing. The pool closes earlier than expected, which meant that after a day of sightseeing, there wasn’t enough time to relax and enjoy a swim.

- the location is stunning and has easy access to 4-5 swimming pools, as well as 3-4 different beaches, all within a few minutes of walking or a free shuttle ride in a golf cart - the staff were 10/10. In particular, Muhammad and Noor at Reception, as well as the manager of the Juweira restaurant (I believe Manish, but might be misremembering his name). They consistently went above and beyond and were kind and helpful. This was some of the best service I've had at any hotel. - since you are near two sister hotels that are large all inclusives (Rotana and Fanar), you can make use of their facilities like tennis courts, gyms, water sports kiosks and restaurants - Oman is easily in the top 5 countries that I've visited - the rooms are large, quiet, and with excellent air conditioning

- the Juweira gym isn't well stocked (only up to 14kg dumbells, and no weight machines, so not really useable for weightlifting). But this isn't a problem since the nearby gym at the Rotana hotel (7-8 minute walk), which you have access too as a Juweira guest, has everything you need. - other tourists should be nicer and more courteous to the staff.

We really liked the hotel, but we liked the staff of this hotel even more, especially Gad, who took into account an important event for us with my husband and upgraded the room, and was also very polite and professional in all respects! We would also like to cancel Rasha, a very customer-oriented and pleasant girl with whom it was a pleasure to communicate! I would like such specialists to be awarded separately for their professionalism, because a hotel is not only a comfortable stay, but also a comfortable communication with the staff!
