Our stay in the hotel was amazing 👏. The staff were very helpful and the facilities are brand new with very cleanliness standards. The hotel has a private beach access with shuttle service to the dedicated rest villa. I highly recommend everyone to take advantage from the hotel and associated services.

Less varieties for the breakfast and the basement parking requires additional cleaning with better arrangements.

The location is very convenient with self parking facility. The Hotel has convenient shopping, juice & ice cream parlors, coffee shops, all around the property. The breakfast had live egg, pan cake and waffles counter with a variety of other delicacies, juices, fruits, beverages and desserts. Just right for a lovely hot breakfast. The main restaurant hall is huge and has ample seating for guests. The hotel has a lively internal seating area where outside guest also hangout during evening time. A nice safe family area to chill till late night.

There was a mix up of another room order with our room. Apparently an error by the accounting staff which was diligently sorted by the reception staff. This is something which can be avoided. Otherwise, excellent stay.

Comfortable hotel with shuttle bus to the beach. I enjoyed not being surrounded only by western tourists. There was a nice mix of nationalities. I also actually enjoyed that the hotel was 'dry' - we spent a lot of time drinking tea and coffee in the cafes on the grounds of the hotel and people watching in the evening was a treat. Very friendly atmosphere in and outside the hotel.

Kitchen is enormous but there is little to cook with in terms of utensils and pots and pans which was a little disappointing for a 1 week stay. The hotel kitchen staff was very helpful, though, and helped wherever they could (chopping, for example) and lending pots and pans. The hotel is relatively new so the gym wasn't operational yet and we had thought we could spend some time exercising - instead we went for long walks along the banana/fruit orchards and the beach. The pool area needs a few extra umbrellas. We didn't mind in the least but the pool seems to be used for local swim lessons during the weekend.

The room size was excellent, the reception staff was very cooperative, breakfast was amazing, prayer hall on mezzanine floor where all 5 time prayers, restaurants, coffee shops, park, swimming pool, free basement parking, kids play areas indoor and outdoor. Perfect family place to stay in Salalah.

Swimming pool timings shall be until late evening, gym was not open.

Clean and comfortable apartments. Good location. Amazing staff, always kind and helpful especially the housekeeping staff, chef of the omlette section and Mr. Shibu on the beach. :) The hotel has a private beach access with shuttle service to the dedicated rest villa. The Hotel is highly recommended. Thank you for everything, we had a pleasant stay. We will come back.

The staff were so accommodating and helpful whenever we needed help, they allowed so early check in for one of the 4 of us who arrived way earlier , the food is nice and we enjoyed the welcoming approach of the staff and the modesty of the chef . We interacted with many but just to name and thank few, Ismail, Youshid & Mubarak at the reception and the amazing chef Marwan. There is no beach but many nearby , the location though is good as lot of shops around and a mall.

Nothing with the hotel, just that as there are lot of restaurants within the shared area at the backyard, it was getting so crowded at night by outside guests that leaves little room for guests

Breakfast in the restaurant was decent . A special thank you to both the cooks responsible for the live counters (Eggs and Waffles). They were friendly, professional and jovial. However the hotel may think about providing some variety in food offered. We stayed at The Plaza hotel and resort for 4 night and was a bit disappointed that breakfast was same on most days. there was on additional dish on Saturday that was a pleasant change. The hotel has a huge garden space that is perfect for some quite family time with food and drinks. The property has lots of restaurants outlets and their waiters roam around the garden taking orders. It is a good place to chill out after a day of touring the beautiful Salalah. Another important aspect I appreciate of the hotel was their Wifi they have good wifi access throughout their property. Was able to connect to their wifi even in the basement carpark. Plenty of parking space available for cars. The car park also has accessibility to the elevator that takes you directly to your floors. The property is centrally located in Salalah, there are 23 Malls that are extremely close. A pleasant weather a walk to Salalah Grand Mall is possible, However we used our car to travel. There are many other tourist attraction that are around 15 minute drive from the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for long and short stays. It is functional, efficient and comfortable. The staff are helpful and professional.
