This is a fantastic new hotel opened in 2023. It has a high quality feel to it and straight away at arrival, I felt comfortable. There is some buzzing from a generator in a room that I was staying in - as I'm sound sensitive, I asked to be moved which was immediately rectified by Hotel Manager Mr Hayee. I spoke with him about some issues I had experienced with a tour guide and he was compassionate and said "You are MY guest now," and made sure I had a comfortable stay from that moment on. The next day, Mr Imran Khan also one of the managers, came to help me with personal matter related to a difficult tour guide. He was kind, courteous, protective and offered the service and respect you would get in a hotel in Europe. It was so evident that he had international experience and even though I was in Gilgit, a mountain town, it felt like I was in a five star hotel in a Western capital. When my flight was cancelled, the transport manager made quick arrangements to get me to Islamabad promptly. Overall, I felt like royalty and cannot thank the staff enough for taking good care of me. Rooms are clean and impeccable. The view from the fourth floor restaurant is wonderful.

breakfast could be improved. Further the car rental service is dicey. The driver did not have the papers of the car even when stopped by police in hunza while we were told that this car rental company is linked with the Avari brand and is fully insured etc. Thank God we did not need to find out if they were really insured or not. The driver was great but the management needs improvement. Further do bargain with them as we found out that we were charged 4000 more than what market.

Modern hotel with good, western standard confortable rooms and comfy clean beds. Good service. Good common areas.

I stayed there twice in two different rooms, the first was smaller but looked new and clean, the second room was bigger and had great views but the furniture was a bit run down and the floor could be cleaner.

Breakfast was up to expectation. Staff is professional.... Avari trained. Overall excellent experience, being in a remote city such as Gilgit.

One of the rooms was not ready when I arrived. It took 15 to 20 of wait time. Also, the wash rooms should have been slightly bigger.

The location is great, All the staff are super friendly and helpful, The room was large and clean, Bed is comfortable.

The staff were amazing and extremely accommodating. Helped out with my wife’s birthday and were so nice in general.

The bathroom was small. Lock was not working for the room. A certain smell in the corridors.

Staff was very helplful, courteous. Views from the resturant were amazing.

Due to low occupancy had issues with electricity as hotel was not able to afford the generator for few guests.

The breakfast was in line with the Pakisyan style of breakfast, but continental is available under request and is ok.

Facility was very nicely built and clean. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Our stay was brief but very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
