The hotel was really modern and the rooms were extremely spacious and well equipped. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. They also offered complimentary drop off to the airport which was a nice addition. The rooms could have been slightly cleaner but nothing major. There was also an issue where they took the money upfront before our stay but I wanted to pay upon arrival. This issue was not resolved so worth bearing in mind if you don’t want to pay using the card you booked with!

The staff and their warmth, their hospitality was the highlight of our stay. They accommodated our requests in every way possible and made sure that we had a relaxing evening after our long travel to Gilgit. In fact, a few days later when our flight was cancelled, they welcomed our group and allowed us to wait at the hotel, even giving us a complimentary room to rest in. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! Certainly the best experience we could have imagined and beyond.

The hotel’s location is pretty close by to all the main spots. The staff is exceptional, we had a little situation with our flight being delayed and later rescheduled, but they were super cooperative and made sure everything went seamlessly for us once we finally reached Gilgit.

Not much, we liked everything. Just waiting for the pool and spa to inaugurate in July, or by the next time we visit.

Clean, spa was excellent, the pool etc and the views were amazing. Amna, Abbas and Sandar were great on the front desk also was the supervisor but I didn’t get his name.

If you could have a glass of wine out side watching the view that would be amazing. I believe they are acquiring the license.

Very clean hotel. Comfortable and beautiful rooms. Staff were beyond exceptional - particularly Mr Abbas who was just overwhelmingly kind and supportive.

Gym equipment was old and there were no towels or water

We were sleeping and out of nowhere our room was opened and someone entered the room as the staff didn’t knew it was occupied but then they apologised about that but its okay. My wife was scared

Exceptional facilities and service plus wide range of food and close to KKH. Only negative was the nasty Nescafé coffee machine that should be replaced with milk coffee

Excellent service and a very clean property. Good value for money

It’s a very new hotel so most facilities like gym, pool and spa are not ready yet but it’s still a good value for money.

The location is excellent with staff extra cooperative. The reception ladies went an extra mile to upgrade our rooms
