Staff is very professional and helpful, especially Nien Tai. We were at our tail end of our 5 months tour when we arrived at Koror and didn't plan anything ahead except were booked 3 nites at Parasia. Nien Tai in no time help us book a kayak and snokering tour, get us a rental car delivered to the hotel within 30mins. Very efficient!

View from room was great . Staff were wonderful and close to many restaurants and two good grocery stores.

Breakfast was Acceptable but would have liked an egg station. Bathtub was slippery .I am currently staying at Paradise Resort Club which is more expensive and vastly inferior. Will complete review when I leave here. Wish I had stayed at Palasia again

Spacious rooms, great location in the center of Koror. The ocean view was particularly nice, as was the balcony. Nice pool area and good breakfast. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

The bathroom needs a little update.

We asked about a late checkout on day 2 of our stay but even though the hotel was clearly under 50% full we were told they couldn’t tell us about late checkout until the day we were leaving. Clearly a company policy but rather odd.

Very clear and comfortable. Close to downtown with easy access to stores and restaurants. The staff went way above normal to accommodate our short stay.

The beds were very very hard, not comfortable. Some of the hotel is starting to look quite tired and need some work.
