Location excellent - close to eateries and shops. Cleanliness and modern outfit - could not fault the rooms. Staff - super friendly and accommodating Breakfast was lovely - nice, but simple. The Coffee/tea station was offered as unlimited use throughout stay - nice touch. We will definitely stay again :)

Airport Transfer Service - was good to have the option through the accommodation. However, we felt the price was pretty steep for a 15min drive. Air Conditioner in 2nd room (at the end of our stay) didn't seem to cool efficiently, and the remote was a replacement universal, so could not turn off the LED light on the main unit, which was a little annoying at night, for sleep. (If im being picky)

This hotel was amazing. We stayed here for four nights and did not want to leave. We have a mountain view room which had the most incredible view (we did see the other rooms and the view is not as nice - onto main roads) and the bed was a comfortable cloud! Breakfast was also great, with tons of variety and eggs made to order. The pool and view from the rooftop is incredible and we loved coming back to recharge after long days out exploring. The staff are so kind and went above and beyond. We didn't want to leave.

Nothing to do with the hotel - you get what you pay for. The problem for us, is that the Australian dollar does not do well against the US one, so this felt quite pricey :) No complaints though. Make sure you get a mountain/sea view room.

The staff were incredibly helpful - every time we asked for their assistance they were more than happy to help, and we liked the complimentary transfers to restaurants. The breakfast was fantastic overall - lots to choose from & we loved the eggs to order. The beds were like clouds, the shower pressure was perfect and the room was very clean and quiet (apart from hearing some louder footsteps from the room above).

It would have been a 10/10 if there had been a gluten free bread option and a non-dairy milk (soy or almond) option at breakfast!

The hotel exceeds my expectations, given that the resource on the island is rather limited. The room, especially the bathroom, is quite big. It is clean and the bed is comfortable. We just stayed for one night before our liveaboard diving trip, and the staff allowed us for a late checkout at 2pm. The location is good where we can walk to restaurants and groceries. There is a little view of the ocean from the backyard.

The breakfast is simple, like most of the standard American hotel continental breakfast, not compatible with other hotels in Asia. Our room happens to be on top of the bar, and we can hear some music beats. It stopped at night, did not bother us very much.

Breakfast was great. Location was close to everything and very central which was great. Bedding and pillow was extremely comfortable. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Gym had plenty of equipment to use. Love that they have a ceiling fan as well as air conditioning. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable!

Wish the gym had more space. More breakfast options/variety would be great.

Very nice/helpful staff. Breakfast included was awesome. The hotel was in the main part of Koror, with many restaurants, stores, and other businesses within walking distance. The room that we reserved had a full size tub which was great for soaking in after a long day at the beach. Canoe house restaurant was in the same building, so easy to grab something to eat. The band playing were pretty good. The hotel also offers rental cars onsite.

Love this charming boutique hotel. The bed and piilows were amazing, so comfortable. the shower is really big and has an oversized rainfall style shower head. The hot water was perfect and heats up quick. One of the best restaurants/bar is located in this hotel along with a great spa and gift shop. The pool is great, with a waterfall and offers extended hours from 7am-10pm. They also have a hammock and large double swing, rocking chairs, lounge chairs and games. The staff was the best, all so friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was a surprise bonus and aside from the buffet of cereal, bagels, toast, sausage, etc there are made to order eggs and oatmeal. My favorite were the omelettes.

I loved my stay at Palau Central Hotel. First, the bed was so incredibly comfortable, the mattress was perfectly soft and cozy and the bedding felt luxurious! The room was spacious, clean, and free of unnecessary clutter. The bathroom was great with a nice rainfall shower and the Toto toilet with heated seat and bidet was pure luxury. I had a balcony that faced the outdoor space with the pool and had a lovely view of the islands and water. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging rides for us as needed and assisting with luggage. The breakfast was good, I loved getting the made to order eggs every day. The location is great, walking distance to restaurants and some stores, very central to everything. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Palau!

It was expensive, but it seems to be comparable to other hotels in the area and it was a great experience.

Palau Central Hotel is a great choice from the limited mid-range options available in Palau. The staff are excellent - smiling, helpful, and go above and beyond. Especially, the reception staff and drivers. The rooms are a bit basic but quite comfortable. The hotel is overall very clean and well maintained. The breakfast is good quality but not huge. The Canoe House bar located onsite is one of the best bars in the whole of Palau! The location of the hotel is central, easy to get everywhere, and closeby to shops and restaurants, but it also isn't the most picturesque part of Palau.

The wifi was a bit slow, which was only really an issue when trying to work remotely. The central location is convenient but not such a pretty area in Palau. Palau Central is a very solid option for Palau and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, but the country overall is quite expensive for what you get, and so is Palau Central.

Staff is exceptional!! Great made to order breakfast. Free shuttles to other places. Location perfect for all access. Canoe House their restaurant bar is happening with free live music and a local karaoke that has much talent. Scott and his staff arranged many excursions and treated us like family. We are coming back to Palau Central!!
