This is a new hotel and a perfect choice for enjoying Palau. The place is isolated, no others hotels are in this side of the island at the moment. It’s totally new a modern but surrounded by nature. The hotel offers rooms for any budget and both views are astounding. Families are welcome the pool is huge, there is a playroom for kids, bicycles and an observation point at the rooftop. The staff is really nice. They help as much as the can like shuttles, organising private tours or dropping you at the beach with the cart. They try to make you a confortable stay full of memories. We really enjoy the food of chef Simon. Well done and many different options and tastes from many parts of the world. The breakfast is very complete and fresh flavours. There Spa offers Thailand massages, don’t miss it, because they are amazing, strong hand and de-stressing treatment. The island is the paradise of a snorkelling, scuba diving, discovering nature and enjoying a quiet and peaceful holidays. 100% recommended!

Don’t look for partying at night it’s peaceful and quiet, although there is bar with billar delicious cocktails.

The details and quality of the interior design is nicely done.

Would be great if Hotel could offer more dining services like dinner or BBQ on the terrace. A small swimming pool would be great.

The staff were amazing . Cherryl helped with tours and site seeing and was so kind . All the staff always smiled and were friendly . Loved the golf carts and transfers. my son loved the pool and paddle boards. The view from rooms and pool was amazing

The front dest staff upgraded my room to an ocean view one. The room view is spectacular; the room is very modern. All lights & curtains are auto-switch controlled. Furnitures are great: Beddings were new, clean, and comfortable. The room was spacious, quiet, & clean. The fresh fruits were awesome. My favorite was the Spa & the massages-the Thai & essential oil ones were best I’ve ever had, 10/10.

There were a couple of observations: 1. I did not like that there is a lack of on-site parking lot requiring transport with a golf cart from the parking lot to the main hotel. 2. The american breakfast was not to my liking altho my husband enjoyed it. Pls consider adding toasted white or wheat bread as a choice to the american bf. 3. I did not appreciate the bartender’s handling of our 2 visits to the bar. 4. I used the gym. I would have liked cold water choice after my workout, a basket to toss my used towel, and sanitizing wipes or towels to wipe the equipments that I used to exercise: floor mat, weights, and benches.

The staff were very friendly and the views were great. There was a small cafe next to the hotel which had great food. The northern part of the island is beautiful but there are minimal option to get out and explore it.

It’s extremely isolated with wouldn’t be a problem except the food at the hotel was horrible. We at there once and had a terrible pizza and burger. The breakfast was also extremely disappointing. All the food is imported with no fresh or local ingredients. The pool was half empty with no warning or reasoning.
