Doesn't look like much from the front exterior view but neither do many Koror properties. But my room appeared to be renovated and was spotless and comfortable The staff was fantastic. Parking was available on site. Easy drive to/from airport. I won't put it in the 'don't like' category, but the earlier you start breakfast the better. I arrived at breakfast fairly late and there was not much left as there is not replenishment. On the other hand, I am not one who likes to see food wasted. And another thing not for the don't like category - there is not an elevator - so not great for limited mobility - just FYI. And finally, and I'm thinking it is a island issue - not a property issue, but Internet is spotty (as it was at the coffee shop next door and a restaurant where I had dinner).

My favorite part of this property was the staff, the homey vibe and location. Staff and customer service were great. Shoutout to Genny for great recommendations and very welcoming energy. The style and accommodation of the property was also very creative and attractive. Very “Instagram worthy” to describe it. They also have so many accommodation with many little touches like a small map of downtown Koror and the need to know spots such as Police Station and such as well as restaurants and stores. Also located in a prime location, next to 2 main stores/supermarkets (WCTC and Surangel) and many restaurants.

Not much, only recommendations is if any chance in the future to install an elevator, but staff were offering to carry luggage as well.

Breakfast was pretty alright, I can’t complain because it is free and the price in Palau is so expensive so I don’t expect a lot of options. However I really enjoyed it and it was close to my comfort food. The location was pretty good because it was close to my conference and it is just walking distance. The laundry service was so worth it for the price and the clothes smelled good and they folded it really nice.

Parking!!!!! So many other people are using our hotel parking that do not rent from the hotel yet we had to find parking somewhere else which is very very inconvenient. The stairs, just note that there is no elevator lol you have to go thru a flight of stairs to your room and also exiting the hotel to the parking lot.

Charming budget hotel with amazing staff who made the effort to remember my name. Breakfast was simple but hot and nourishing; free flowing black filter coffee all day. Staff organise tours for you, and provide free beach towels. Free parking at the back.

Wifi is very weak, but there is strong free wifi available at nearby Coffee Berry Cafe and at the Super Center in Airai. Alternatively, 4G/LTE SIM cards are available for $10 from the nearby Globus store.

The staff was amazing, location excellent and the breakfast was wonderful! Staff provided towels and umbrellas for tours . Made your arrangements as well . Coffee shop next door was excellent. Grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance . We had a late flight to Guam and left our luggage and toured all day. Was able to hang out in the lobby before we left . Coffee, tea , water and juice always available. Room was clean and spacious. Yessa, Joy, Geny, Eleen, and Marielle were fabulous staff members and made the trip memorable!! Thank you ladies!🌸

The breakfast was a bit weird - the food was more for lunch/dinner (think sweet & sour chicken, stir fry noodles, pasta) and the only breakfast food they had was cornflakes and milk and sliced bread with peanut butter. It’s not a deal breaker but I would have liked if they had yogurt, granola, bananas and other more traditional breakfast food daily.

Wondeful staff who truly makes an effort to help with any last minute arrangements/bookings/info around the island ! Location is perfect, walking distance to the main strip of restaurants and super market literally across the street.

Palau in general is not value for money — extremely pricey for the quality you get… also prepare for a massive tax to be added to your bill(not included in booking price) :/ …here or in any hotel. All in all- I’d say this is the best option in town…

The front desk staff are the magic to this hotel. A very special group of girls who were so nice and helpful. Housekeeping was also amazing. The location is central and walkable to many restaurants.

Wifi is inconsistent and slow and too many different networks you have to log in. The TV runs on Wifi and very limited channels and freezes a lot. The breakfast is weird. Chicken curry, Salisbury Steak and Pork offering different days? No local fruit but rather oranges, grapes and raw cantaloupe. Taxi ride to and from hotel was $30 one way when its competitors offer free airport shuttle. Manager does not communicate properly on booking.com and provides bad information. Front desk should manage their messages on booking.com who could be more helpful. I asked to speak to the manager three times when I was there and he ignored each request.

I like the location, since we are situated in the center of Koror. The breakfast is good. Most specially, the staff are excellent. Joy, Marriele, Isa, Jen and Eleen and all the housekeeping staff. We will miss you guys. THank you for your outstanding services, as it made our stay comfi, easy and convenient. All in all, I'll score it 10+.

In particular the very friendly staff made my stay so nice. Always with a smile and a friendly greeting as you passed the reception area. The most friendly staff at any hotel I have ever stayed at made my stay exceptional. The room was clean, plenty of hot water in the shower beds were comfortable.
