Beautiful spacious room with kitchenette allowing us to make sandwiches for lunch and even a pasta meal for dinner. Spotlessly clean, fresh, and modern. The hotel has stunning views of the bay, and the pools are nice.

All boat trips were fully booked for our 3 night stay, so we were not able to make the best use of our visit. We only used the kayaks. It was really disappointing to go such a long way and hear great things about the hotel tours and then find that we couldn't do them. There were other hotel boats available, but we weren't offered any alternatives.

This resort is on a beautiful point of the Boca Chica island. The views were stunning. The staff was exceptional! Friendly, helpful, gracious and we felt very welcome and well taken care of. The meals were superior and the wait staff amazing. Carlos… here is a shoutout to you ( we thoroughly enjoyed our time with you and your service brilliant!). We went whale watching and saw many humpbacks and their babies and also dolphins, very enjoyable and well worth the price. Just can’t say enough about this property.

Super location, top facilities, lovely staff! Two pools and private beach… Couldn’t wish for better stay!

Nothing really. Except perhaps more of a blended eco lodge touch would be nice (now the setting is modern, and i couldn’t discover any solar panels). And breakfast was not as plentiful as in some other hotels. But overall: no complaints at all!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful, impeccably clean with amazing views. We took the Discovery Boat Tour with Paco and Rainier which took us to an island where we got to enjoy the crystal clear waters and see so many dolphins. The prices were reasonable for the amenities we received. I only wish we had more time to spend there.

Literally, we liked everything! The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcomed.The facilities in general are well maintained, the gardens the room is super clean, and the bed and pillows are awesome!..also the food in the restaurant was amazing and their staff were super nice.

A wonderful place to enjoy nature and the tranquillity of the surroundings, in addition to many different activities. A couples paradise.

Everything was excellent

The hotel area and landscapes, beaches are just spectacular. Nature is everywhere around. There is a water taxis available from the hotel and car access ok too. Employee work is very well organized, rapid and precise (not always the case in Central America), attitude of waiters very kind and interested. Spaces were cleaned and well planned. The restaurant had a local and varied menu. Cook had experience and dishes fresh, delicious. We appreciated the reasonable prices.

We would have appreciated a bit more welcoming approach and information at the arrival or the next morning (site, activities, region, people visiting and working, prices…). A coffee machine in the room would be a real “+” as one could have his 1st coffee on his terrace observing nature instead of running to the breakfast.

It’s a beautiful setting on the water. You can go kayaking to islands, hang around the resort go see the parrots and book adventures to go snorkeling, and fishing while you’re there.

I can’t think of any negatives. Everybody was so kind and courteous. The grounds are very clean. It was a very well managed operation.

The room was nice. Our friends got one of the newly remodeled rooms, which had a kitchen and upgraded bathroom, and was very nice.

The property ignores the Jubilado discount and Acodeco rules for locals with Cedulas; both the room price and the restaurant. When we inquired, we were treated with disdain.

everything here is beautiful. This is the perfect place to relax and get away.If you want adventure there is every activity imaginable to do from fishing, horseback riding, white water rafting, indigenous village visits, sunset cruises, and beautiful beaches to explore. You could stay here a month and not get bored.

The rooms need accessible power outlets. There is one by each bed but they are behind the headboard and impossible to get too. There was thankfully one high up by the air conditioner, but difficult to reach it.
