The staff was accommodating and friendly. I had a specific need which required assistance. I just called the front desk requested assistance and they made sure that my request was satisfied. The service was exceptional. They have an onsite resturant which is really convenient . The menu had a great variety to choose from, I enjoyed the meals I chose, I also enjoyed having a balcony to be able to get fresh air and to people watch.

I misssed not having a refridgerator and I missed not being able to make coffee in the middle of the night. I have to remember the fact that I can't always have everything I want.

Room was very clean and staff was very courteous and attentive. Restaurant met and exceeded all of my expectations and the food and service was great. Keep in mind that this hotel is in downtown David, so expect downtown David with all the hustle and bustle that comes with a city area, so with that said, I rate my stay here as excellent.

The room is spartan, no fridge, no microwave, no free coffee or ice. However, the beds were comfortable, the property was very clean and quiet, and the restaurant was very good.

I feel comfortable in this hotel, It is within walking distance from the bus station, friendly staff, there is a working area with excellent Wi-Fi, a quiet office, a printer and a computer. This is a very comfortable hotel!

Maybe sometimes you can hear the noise from the parking lot .. and echo in the corridor .. but these things do not interfere at all, I love the hotel bed linen and pillows, you really relax! Towels are white. And downstairs there is a decent restaurant with delicious food and excellent waiters.

Internal windows. Oddly, no glasses were provided in the room or bathroom. I went to the front desk and they gave me Styrofoam cups.

The room was large with a desk, comfortable bed, quiet. No view from window. Attached restaurant had very good food and a great value. I definitely would stay here again.

Alcala is simply wonderful. Immaculately clean. Friendly people and excellent restaurant. Ask for Jose in the restaurant. He is a joy to be around. Highly recommend.

Basic room very close to the bus station. We walked to our very early morning bus to learn that it was cancelled and easily walked back and back to sleep! Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The AC in one of the rooms took a long time to cool the room, bit every thing else was great!
