Our room was very clean and the housekeeper was fantastic. The breakfast was very good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only real negative I will mention is the restaurant was closed on Tuesdays, and there was nothing that we seen stating this. Then Wednesday we waited for close to an hour in the dark before we figured out we needed to find a place to eat. One of the reasons we picked El Oasis was the restaurant.

Fantastic breakfast, super close to the Main Street for coffee shops and tours but removed enough to add a peaceful vibe. Garden is beautiful and rooms are big and very clean. Staff cut purple flowers for the room for my girlfriends birthday as I told them it was her favorite

I emailed the hotel a few times before the trip to try and consolidate 2 separate bookings. I couldn’t get a response but turns out they did this for me automatically anyway!

Nice hotel with great balconies and views. The hotel is quiet on a nice street close to the main area including gardens, restaurants, and shopping. Loved having the slider open to get the breeze in the room and listening to the river. Great breakfast.

Worst thing I could say is that there was a small step up into the bathroom which I managed to forget about...

Very close to the local daily market where you can buy souvenirs, local coffee beans, health products, etc. Marketplace turns into a bar at night where we had a good time playing pool. Right by the river. Also close to "downtown" with many bars & restaurants to choose from. Rooms can be air-conditioned or enjoy outside air. Ask for a room facing the river. Breakfast was good and service great. Not very big, which I like. Staff very accommodating. Would definitely go back!

Across the river from town, so close /walking distance to a lot of things. Beautiful, well maintained flower gardens! Breakfast was delicious and staff aim to please! Wish the room had a door directly from room to balcony. A little busy and noisy from the street, but bed was very comfortable, room private. Minimal lock on door, yet still felt safe.

Lovely ambience from the restaurant next door playing soft music in the afternoon. Gentle breezes flow through the Hotel. Everything is very clean. In house laundry service. Excellent location and view of the Vulcan. Breakfast in the garden setting was really good. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed staying here.

A lovely, quiet hotel with beautiful gardens and sun terraces to relax in. Staff are friendly and helpful and you choose breakfast from a menu which is freshly cooked. It's very clean with lots of hot water in the shower. The location is great and it's a short walk to the main high street and all the restaurants, cafes and buses.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was excellent and we were served a vegetarian/vegan brealfast with no problem. Grounds are lovely and close to town for walking anywhere you need to go in the center. While on the small side, the room had 2 large windows with lots of light. We will definitely stay again.

great location, a few minutes from town center, running river sound soothing your night sleep. friendly staff helped me arrange transportation to David airport next day.

The Restaurant has great food, but their English menu doesn’t match Spanish one. It’s disappointing when food served not matching English descriptions.

A bit thin walls so if you are sensitive about the noise from neighboring rooms please consider it. Anyway, guests of this hotel are calm and considerate but you might hear running water from the neighbors in the morning
