Everything was lovely. The hotel was beyond expectation. The entire environment is beautiful and relaxing. We were on business trip and had a packed schedule, otherwise would love to spend more time to enjoy the hotel. Dine in breakfast and dinner was delicious, there were two mornings that we had to go out very early and didn't have time to dine in, we were able to order a take out sandwich meal from the restaurant. Thank you for making our travel smooth and easy. This place is absolutely memorable and we would love to come back again in the future!

Elegant and comfortable. Beautiful gardens. You feel transported to another era of hotel elegance and super boutique style All the staff are excellent. The main rest is outstanding food decor and super staff.

The wifi was unusable in our room. It was fine at the restaurant and bar but in the room Netflix was not usable due to this nor could our mobile devices work reliably in wifi.

What an idyllic spot in the lush, cool Panamanian mountains. The grounds are like a botanical garden and the hotel has lots of historical charm. The staff is unfailingly attentive, helpful and friendly. Truly a unique experience.

The hotel was located within walking distance of restaurants and the town. The Junior Suite we had was large and had great amenities including robes and slippers. The gardens were lovely and well kept. I awoke each morning to a wonderful view and a serenade from the birds. And the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The first night we arrived after traveling and wanted to dine in the hotel restaurant, but both the bar and the restaurant were fully booked for a private party. While it was a bit of an inconvenience, the staff arranged for a reservation at an Italian restaurant within walking distance from the hotel, where we had a good meal. However, It would have been good to know this in advance.

we had our breakfast included, but they offer an a la carte breakfast menu, with a few free options. For other alternatives you need to pay even when youre breakfast is included.

It is a lovely old-fashioned property with only several cottages surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden.

The concierge /reception (especially Lelys) were amazing in organizing tours, transfers etc - informative, responsive, reliable and always with a big smile.

The rooms are a little sparse and there was not enough hot water for showers.
