The villa we stayed in was extremely spacious and had excellent rooms for all five people in our travel party. The hotel staff were very helpful and showed us around the large neighborhood. There is also a spectacular valley and waterfall behind the hotel, but it costs $26 a person to enter.

There was space for a laundry room but no washing machine in the villas, which would have been helpful since we had been traveling for a bit before.

The ambience was great, quiet and lovely. The view from my room 103 is inimaginable if you don't see with your own eyes. Food presentation was fenomenal. Well prepared, the included breakfast was great with fruits as starter and the options available, I had torrejitas, my wife hojaldres and my kids pancakes and tortillas with eggs and bacon. Portions are good enough and was full at the end of the meal.

The surrounding are magnificent and breathtaking.

The restaurant service was awful. We ordered breakfast and it arrived very late but only for 2 of us at the table waited another 30 mins after the other 2 people were done eating then the food arrived I sent it back because my party had finished eating. Didn’t get an apology or excuse from anyone at the restaurant. We commented the incident to front desk and still didn’t get an apology. I would definitely stay at the hotel due to the property but eating somewhere else. Service at the restaurant was deficient and lacking customer service

The location, room size and facilities were great.

The catering service wasn't good as expected. For example, We got sited for dinner and no water was served. We finish the dinner and waiting too long to see the boy who was attending our table. I ask for a desert which took some time. The quality of the food need some improvement.

The location of the hotel is just magical! The view from there is just spectacular. Facilities, staff, the room, the property - everything was on really high level. Highly recommended!

The only thing I would highly recommend to think about is replacing the concrete around the pool to tails. During the day, it was not possible to walk barefoot on it because it was so hot, and we also got few scratches when trying to leave the pool.

We’ve been warmly welcomed despite the fact we arrived late at night. The receptionist kindly accepted to give us a room with a better view. Breakfast was great and High quality food is served at their restaurant. On top of that the view and the surrounding of the hotel are just incredible.

May be spa area could be improved sounds like it was out of service.

Amazing location Amazing food Amazing staff in restaurant (ask for coffee experience with Gustavo! It was amazing). Pool is great and it is no so cold as people write here. We had a lot of fun with kids!

Fantastic views, comfortable rooms , good toiletries, and very good water pressure in the bathrooms. We requested for late check out and were offered that. Dinner options seemed limited and slightly pricey. Breakfast is fresh and tasty but takes a bit of time. Great coffee but that's what you expect here in Boquete. Small and cute swimming pool. Staff were courteous and friendly.

Restaurant dinner choices could be increased.

Amazing place, amazing energy and wonderful surroundings. Restaurant very delicious and super breakfast.

Staff wanted to check (!!) on our room prior our final departure, indeed very inappropriate. The plumber pipes and toilet was clogged.

THE WEATHER, THE LOCATION,

I THINK THEY SHOULD RENOVE THE VILLA, AS THE FURNITURE IS KIND OF OLD AND FROM THE SHOWER FLASH TOO LITTLE WATER TO TAKE A BATH OTHERWISE WOULD BE PERFECT.
