I loved the location I like the fact that it is on ground level. It had everything we needed although the TV is strictly in Spanish lol and the staff was very attentive and even though they didn't speak Spanish they were able to communicate enough to meet her needs and they were very friendly. Our refrigerator was not getting cold they took care of it immediately and had it repaired and stored our refrigerator items until then we left in the morning for our day came back in the evening and the refrigerator was back and working well with all of our things in there!

The floors we're not horrible but they needed to be cleaned and I had to clean my feet before I could get into bed. and the lighting was very low. But all tolerable based on the location and the beautiful garden yard area!

The apartment was a great size with large living area and bedroom. The location was great as only a little walk to main street and there was a big supermarket just a couple of blocks away… go to the lovely park near here too The garden is gorgeous and a great place to relax in the afternoon

It’s a bit drab in decor.. you can tell it’s been modernised but decor lacks something however your out all day so not a big deal It was pretty clean on the whole but could have been better.. at some stage they should check for cobwebs on the ceiling and make sure all the dishes in the cupboard are clean. Windows/patio doors should be cleaned even if only every few rentals as this is part of what you pay for

I liked staying in Downtown Suites.The room was specious and was facing to a very nice and relaxing backyard. The owner is a very nice person and arranged us to tours in Boquete. The location is good and close to the main street of Boquete.

The only minor thing that should be improved is repairing the wooden chairs where you eat breakfast. But it didn’t affect my complete satisfaction.

Host was amazing. He always was ready to help with all what you need. If you need to find tours, he can suggest best options. Nice to meet people who care your well-being. In beginning we stay for one night and then decided to stay for two more. We switched between rooms and we really enjoyed room with garden view. If you search for more jungle experience, this is not right place, but if you wish to be in city center it is perfect place.

Couch in living room screaming for improvement. If you need only sit on it fine, but if you need to sleep on it, too loudly. But host also fix this issue and bring in the room one more bad for kids.

We had a lovely stay at Downtown suites. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. It is located in the center of Boquete, in a quiet street. Private balcony overlooking the beautiful garden. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely book it again!

The location in the middle of the town is amazing because you can go walking EVERYWHEERE. The best location in the world, the staff is amazing. i went there with my doggies and they ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT

Im a bit of an insecure person and the rooms are on street level. As easy as someone can kick the door and rob you... BUT, it is Boquete and that will never happen haha, yet im kind of a paranoic. But there is nothing to worry about.

When Google maps first said "You've arrived at your destination," I though, we have a problem, but Google maps was off a little and Downtown Suites was perfect. Nice looking, quiet, a larger room and a kitchen.

The front desk closed around 6:00 pm, the sign on the front door said it closed at 11:00 pm and it would have been nice to have someone on site longer.

Spacious and comfy. We really appreciated the outside balcony overlooking the lovely green yard. Very close to downtown and restaurants.

If you appreciate peace and quiet while traveling, don't go to Boquete during the flower festival. The music starts loud and gets louder...till 4 am. If bumpa thumpa Latin music is your thing, go. If not, avoid! Of course, this has nothing to do with the room.

great location, friendly and helpful staff

we used the sofabed as an extra bed but no linen/pillows provided, we asked for a duvet cover but they didnt have any - would be good if provided in future so it can be used as a bed as advertised

quiet. they have good soundproofing with the slidingg doors at back from the bedroom, that lead to a beautiful private garden. Close to everything. No need for a car to find your way around town.

the bathroom light didnt work and it wasnt fixed during my 3day stay, after i told them about it on the first day.
