Everything. The staff was very friendly and efficient, we didn't need to make requests as our needs were already met. The A/C worked well, very hot water in the shower, the bed was comfortable and we were a short Traci ride from everything we needed. The airport shuttle was also a nice touch

The restaurant was nice, however the staff was inconsistent. Weekdays were better than weekends. When the desk staff and cleaning staff were excellent without exception, the lack of the same standard in the restaurant was noticeable.

Breakfast included was very good but, somewhat inconsistent in presentation and sometimes in portion size since I ordered the same dish almost every morning. Taste wise very good. Dinner was great and had many multiple good dishes. Room and amenities were good, I didn’t try more of the facilities but room wise was good.

In room dining menu available in the room, there was none

The value for the dinners was excellent. I ordered something different every night and each meal was excellent. There was a problem with the elevator going to the main lobby and the staff made sure that I was able to reach the main lobby with no issues. The staff only found solutions to problems.

I cannot state anything negative that the staff or management can change. They cannot control their location or traffic around the location. Leaving the hotel by car can be a challenge.

Staff are friendly, mostly all bilingual, and always helpful over and above what is simply needed. The facilities are clean, comfortable and the restaurant, while expensive, is excellent.

Nothing to dislike. This is becoming my favorite hotel in David

Pet friendly for a very reasonable rate. We. Enjoyed the very helpful staff and breakfast every morning. We even extended our stay during our relocation. It's a short distance to a beach. Its minutes from downtown and the Federal mall, easy for food delivery and cabs. The airport and car rental return is right up the street. This hotel is a treasure in the David area. Just book it!

The shower stall let too much water on the nice floors. My floor towels was always soaked.

The room was odd shaped and could have used a couch instead of a chair

very helpful receptionists to greet us. They were exceptional. They helped us to get our boarding passes for our flights & informed us of everything we needed to know to make our visit pleasant. The restaurant food was excellent as well as the service.

We did not find the AC unit in our room to be user friendly. Also, the bright neon lighted number on the unit indicating our temperature was so bright at night & shined down directly on the beds. The bathroom lights were not sufficient. There was no light directly over the sink & the overall lighting was quite dim.

Clean, convenient, great staff, free airport shuttle that took us to the airport on our schedule. I would definitely stay here again.

It was perfect for your needs - a hotel close to the airport.

I’m a solo traveler so my top priorities are safety and cleanliness. Both were excellent at Aranjuez. Great to have an onsite restaurant too!

I didn’t find much to do in David

The staff was extremely helpful. Runny, Teiria, and Bernardo were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We just moved to Panama and it is so nice to have staff that went the extra mile to accommodate us even though we speak very little Spanish.

We wish there had been a pool.
