Breakfast was healthy and with several options and varied each day. The dining staff was incredibly attentive without getting in the way. The fruit offered was of good quality too. Overall staff in reception and housekeeping are also great. After overall travel plans from original to final destination meant getting to the hotel 10hrs. later and being allowed to check in to room long before checking time without further cost was so appreciated to rest my weary body.

One bottle of water for 2 occupants on entry, but was able to get another without fuss.

All good, location, breakfast very good, keep introducing Chiriqui things like Almojabano. I will definitely stay again.

All was good, but fix the shower door issue. At least in room 115. I understand the concept and what you tried to do, is just not working. You need to put a glass door or something, it doesn't make sense that a lake is made in the bathroom with a 3 minutes shower. To be clear so you can understand the issue, when you are taking a shower, because there is no door and only half of the shower room has a glass, all the water splashes out of the shower, and leave the bathroom's floor filled with water. It is extremely uncomfortable for the next person to take a shower. But this can easily be fixed with a glass door, a curtain, or just changing the shower head. I hope they address this, other than that, it is perfect!

This hotel is my go-to every time I travel to David. The staff is always very friendly, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained

I’m a fan of hotel scrambled eggs—the soft and moist kind. Unfortunately, the ones here are always quite dry. I keep hoping the breakfast will improve. It’s not bad, just OK. Definitely not a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning

I loved the breakfast that was included with the stay. I liked that there was a gym. The staff was very accommodating, they were excellent. The WIFI was excellent.

The hotel's location, downtown, did not allow for long walks. The traffic was heavy and there were little to no sidewalks. I am aware that is not the fault of the hotel. A little bigger gym would be nice.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect – the room was spotless, very comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better. The food was delicious and the staff made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Great location, Centrally located. Our room was super clean, modern and spacious with plenty of toiletries, and comfortable sheets. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They were able to get us into our room before check in time without any additional fees. We went down for dinner and the food was excellent. This place exceeded our expectations!

Perhaps in the future they can add a refrigerator to the rooms

I arrived there on the Nov 4th. And when I took a shower that evening the steam revealed a msg on the bathroom mirror that was inappropriate. This showed me that the cleaning staff had not done a thorough job. I took a picture and informed the front desk staff. My room was changed.

The property was clean & odor-free. Walls & floor in good condition. Room was well appointed with plush linen. Bathroom clean & stocked. My only request would be to install a clothing hook in the bathroom to hang robes & clothing.

Location and cleanliness of the hotel. The price also was reasonable for what was offered. I would definitely come back again.

The only thing a little bit lacking was the breakfast. I would like a little bit more variety. For my 2 days stay it was fine. But staying longer and eating the same breakfast is not something I would like

The staff were wonderful. The room was spotlessly clean with comfortable bed and nice thick towels. The breakfast was excellent. They also have a good restaurant. The staff were all friendly and efficient.
