They had a crib for my baby for no additional cost. Thank you. The view of "the screw" building from my room was superb. Near to several restaurants of the 53 and 54 Streets Marbella, and other type of businesses. You can get to the Paitilla Hospital and Marbella doctor appointments walking distance. The bathroom has a relaxing bath tub. You can go exercise at the hotel's gym.

The room temperature was very cold and the air conditioner didn't seem to allow any change. The view from the pool was good, but you will not get "the screw" building from there. The pool area needs some extra attention. They had no hair dryer in the room. There seems to be a sauna room which is not working.

Even though it was clean I think the carpet in the rooms need to go it cause the place to smell a bit musty and the further needed to be updated

I loved how close it was to everything, food, pharmacies and the malls were only about 10-15 mins away depending on traffic so cost of transportation wasn't expensive. The area felt extremely safe especially as a woman I've never felt so comfortable. The staff were very friendly and help us with whatever we needed.

Room was big enough and clean. Pool was clean. Nice view and big window with 3 row of curtes so no light pass by the morning. Daily room cleaning.

Bed was bit old just confy enough, only 2 pillows. Tools were not always changed but removed without exchanging them. Gym need a revamp and sona was not working. We feel that it is a old hotel without good maintenance schedule or remplacement. Staff were ok no issues with them nor exceptional.

The view from my bedroom was amazing to other well known buildings of Panamá The staff was very kind and helpful Next to the reception area they have a company to provide tourism services, it was so nice for a full day trip included the Panamá Canal They help us to save our bags for some hours after the checkout, it was very kind. The location is very good, in the heart of the financial area

Maybe, it is an old building and there is a lack of maintenance in the external part

We booked the room just for a few hours of layover in Panama. Because there was no place to drop our luggage at the airport. So it was our kind of of a luggage storage place and a shower. We never stayed overnight. So from what I can tell. Generally hotel it seems really nice. Good view and location. Had pool area. Dining. Professional receptionists. Rooms were pretty big. (Got with 2 beds)

Hard to tell. Maybe I would think of getting more newer furniture. In general all was good.

First of all, staff is super friendly and speaks good English. Upgraded our room for free of charge which made our stay a pleasant one. Good breakfast, closer to plenty of restaurants, pubs, bars, shopping malls and etc. it has an open area with a swimming pool for a relaxed time.

It would have been great if there was a mini fridge.

The front desk person who helped me the most was Sr. Ivan. When I had an issue on my first day he quickly helped me to resolve it with little to no delay. Also, Sra. Eliet, the young lady who cleaned my room was very friendly and helpful as were the other staff I came across. As well, if I needed any help or had a question, they were all as helpful and friendly as Sr. Ivan! Excellent customer service! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay!
