The staff was amazing especially little Luis from the dinning room, he is such a hard worker and he goes above and beyond always happy to help. The pool was very clean and beautiful. Front desk staff was always alert and attentive, they will always hold up there heads to greet you and ask how they can help before u even get to the desk, I love that.The location was amazing as there was a ATM and a KFC right next door, there was also a burger king and a Barber shop close walking distance .

The music at the pool was ok for me because I can sleep and relax in noise but I think it would be too loud for the average person there to relax. the food was ok but it would be nicer if they cooked the meat a little more and use more seasoning. The tv in the rooms are way to small and out dated, my HDMI to C port didn't work, so I couldn't get to connect my phone and watch my series on the TV.

The foyer of the hotel is beautiful and the 24-hour coffee shop is wonderful to have. The staff at reception were great. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The seating area in the room is really lovely to have. I liked the decor, but my partner was less impressed. The hotel is in the quieter financial district, which I preferred. There are plenty of good restaurants a short walk away. The restaurants in the hotel all served good food.

We arrived at 2am instead of 7pm as our flight was delayed. We went out and, upon returning many hours later, were told that the room could not be made as we checked in after midnight. It made absolutely no sense to me, especially as we paid for the room since 2pm that day. This 5☆ hotel will not provide you with bathrobes or slippers, so take your own with you. Every day, we had a different number of towels. We were 2 people in the room, so it should not be so difficult. The swimming pool is located in such a strange place that you feel like you are in a fishbowl, right in front of everyone and everything. The pool was packed, and there was not enough seating. The tv in the room is rather old and not smart at all, so take a tablet or your computer with you.

I love the breakfast, the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and hotel was clean and nice… my 3rd time staying there and I’m definitely going back.

Breakfast was diverse. Pool was basic but very clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Needed more English programming though and a larger tv. Staff was helpful and understanding. The hotel’s ambiance was amazing.

There was no drink in the refrigerator. Found a cockroach in my room. The toilet was difficult to flush especially knowing that I was wearing nails. Needed more coffee. The window to see the city was very dirty.

Located in a great location and the staff was very friendly! The buffet breakfast was incredible with so many options to eat in the mornings. Stay was worth it just for the breakfast .

My only complaint would be that the carpets in the hallways could do with a professional cleaning as they were a bit moldy smelling.

The hotel is located in a business-central area of Panama, so I felt safe during my visit there. It was easy to find different restaurants within walking distance. There was also a mall, a dollar store, a Starbucks, and a Panama's version of a "Kentucky Fried Chicken" within walking distance of the hotel. My room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and I rested well. I did not have a good view of the outside of the property from my room, but the inside of the room was nice. The breakfast at the hotel was exceptional. The service at the front desk and the service at the on-site restaurants was great! There was a wide (HUGE) selection of various food choices at breakfast. I was amazed daily with the breakfast choices from this resort...outstanding!!! The other restaurants on the property had a great menu selection, I enjoyed dinner at the poolside on two different occasions. My friends and I sat at the pool side area lounging and talking for hours. It was quiet and the ambiance was spectacular. There was no shortage of great food, I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel and in the country of Panama!!

The Refrigerator. I had medicine that needed to be refrigerated and refrigerator was not cold enough to keep my insulin’s cold.

Loved the scent, vibe and aesthetic of the reception hall. Warmly welcomed by a luggage attendant and then by customer service. Lovely dinner at Ibiza and also awesome to relax at the pool later in the week. Great pool service. Had food and drinks served to our loungers. Clean bathrooms conveniently located by pool and in the lobby. Excellent delicious breakfast. We appreciated the variety of the buffet. Service was courteous and efficient. Dining room was always very clean. Loved our Suite. Very comfortable, spacious and well laid out. Very helpful transportation assistants. Gave good tips of places to eat and visit. Taxis were always available. Very pleasant courteous drivers. Really enjoyed our stay. We felt safe and appreciated. A nice lady brought us two Hersheys Kisses every night! Feliz Cumpleanos cake plate, fruit and manager letter was delivered to our room for my wife's birthday. Since the bar has been set so high we may not even try staying anywhere else when we return.

Unpleasant smell in elevator lobby on Floor 22. Drain plug in one bathroom sink malfunctioned. Had to remove it so the water could drain. Refrigerator didn't keep cold temperature. Salad spoiled. Walked all the way to the ice machine location on Floor 23 and it wasn't there.

Breakfast was fresh, large variety to choose from and the serving staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel environment well kept. The view from my room was great as I was on 17th

I spent an entire week and my bed linens were not changed though it was evidently soiled from food. Just wish they would put fresh linens like every 3days especially if you're staying a week or more. I believe for the size of the hotel and its occupancy capacity it should have more than one pool, the one pool that is there is too small especially busy period like spring/Easter break

Breakfast was good , variety of food was great.

Hmm..I had to leave in the middle of breakfast abruptly and i was a bit dissapointed i could not take some of my food that i already started to eat with me.
