The Executive lounge was very nice, Offered a good breakfast and drinks throughout the day. They offer a light dinner/appetizers in the evening and beverage service including alcohol. View of the ocean is really nice, although facing the ocean made the windows dirty so view was a bit obscured. Pollen and rainy season I assume makes it difficult to keep clean. Staff was very cheerful, and friendly. Hotel was very quiet on my floor regardless of weddings and conferences going on. I never had any issues with elevators as some commenters have mentioned. Wifi was fast and was able to be used throughout the hotel

The price of the Executive King room should have been larger than a standard room taking in the price different. High level room was a plus though.

The rooms were clean every day, and the hotel was accessible to everything, including good food, etc. Public transportation was also very close by like the metro , taxis, and many different bus lines. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay again

The property was very elegant and clean. Food was great as well. Location is perfect to get around the city. Overall, stuff are great.

The property is very clean but missing the fridge. That’s disappointing. Also, it was hot in the room so I had asked the front desk to fix the AC- no one came to do it. Next day, I asked again and finally fix it. The Front desk lady that day was Durvis(?) she was really great!

My room was beautiful. It is huge and clean and a great great view over the balcony of the water and city.

The bathtub water didn't rub properly. I tried turning it all the way up to have the water run faster, but there was a loud juddering sound. It would take 45 min to fill up my bathtub.

The location is perfect! It is close to everything!The staff are so helpful and friendly. The food and desserts in the lounge...amazing!

The room needed a little update but I noticed that they are doing renovations so that's good

Large hotel on the waterfront catering to business travelers, conventions and tour groups. Great pool, amazing breakfasts and very friendly and kind staff. The gym is large and has a lot of equipment. Convenient access to the waterfront and easy to take Uber rides around town. We had a great view of the ocean from our room.

Location, the night staff, the breakfast. I felt very safe

I think because you get people that speak English, they should have most staff members that can speak English, which is why I like the night staff

Hotel is situated next to the main avenue and just a few steps from Cinta Costera. I has a nice pool and well equipped fitness centre. Rooms are spacious and have a nice view of Cinta Costera, Casco Viejo and even entrance/ exit to/from the Panama Canal. There are quite a few bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Rooms are a bit outdated, especially bathroom could use some renovation.

The breakfast was very good with alot of variety.

The interconnecting door to the room next to us. We could here everything, conversations and tv until late.

Very polite and helpful stuff. Very clean. Supper comfortable bed. Nice shower. Great pool. Room service quality is nice

Elevators are so slow. Only 2 for such a huge hotel doesn’t make sense. U loose 5-10 min everytime.
