The hotel was in a good location and the uber was pretty cheap. The breakfast was a wide variety.

We were originally in a pretty good room however, we had to be moved due to unforeseen circumstances next door and was placed in a way smaller room with no views. No iron in room. No adequately supplied with hotel toiletries.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.The staff was incredibly warm,helpful and professional, they really made me feel welcome.It was absolutely breathe taking and peaceful. I love the view from the hotel especially at nights. I missed Taymara and Cristian.I look forward waking up to see Taymara in the mornings at breakfast.She always has that pleasant look.,always asking if you are ok.And let me not forget the juices especially the pineapple juice( thats where Cristian came in).I would love to to visit again with my family.

I didn't like their type of food for dinner.I actually paid for a meal that I didn't eat.While I appreciate the effort and presentation of the Panamanians cuisine, I personally found the food a bit different from what I used to.As a jamaican I naturally have a connection to our own rich and flavorful dishes.It would be wonderful if the menu could also include some Jamaicans options.Embracing a mix of culturs through food can really enhance the dinning experience for international guests.For breakfast, though it was good ,lots of fruits and more food to choose from.This didn't stop me from enjoying my vacation though because I found a Jamaican restaurant that their food was great and kinda affortable and not too far from the hotel.

There were a few note-worthy things about the hotel that made my trip enjoyable. Those are the excellent variety of breakfast options, the politeness and diligence of the staff, the convenience in location, and the overall cleanliness and architecture of the hotel.

The only drawback during my stay at Hotel El Panama by Faranda was the faulty bathroom drain pipe. While I will commend the staff for trying to resolve the issue, the problem was ultimately left unchanged.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast buffet was great and the 24 hour restaurant onsite was nice to have. Good pool area as well.

The hotel feels a little tired and long in the tooth. It needs a refresh to replace some worn-out amenities (the lighted mirror in my room was broken and it was obvious there used to be a tv in the bathroom that someone took out and just covered over with a piece of finished wood. The daily labor union protests across the street, while not the hotel’s fault, made it almost impossible to work or relax during the day.

The hotel was larger then I expected. This hotel has a real resort feel compared to some of the other hotels in the area. The room was huge, nice sitting area with a view of the pool. The bed was super comfortable. Bottled water was provided daily and some complementary cookies the first night only(which were good) Breakfast was just okay for me because I don't eat pork.

The pool is large and beautiful, but needs to be cleaned more often. I saw the pool being cleaned every morning, but once is not enough. There was also very minimal stains on the furniture and dried stains on the floor near the night stand. Lastly the air condition wasn't that reactive to the controls.

It was a wonderful vacation staying 11 nights at the El Panama Hotel in March 2024. It is very central and very clean. My room was huge. The employees at the reception, the restaurant, house keeping and maintainance are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffett was large and tasty, with lots to choose. The pool is big and the area around green with palm trees. 2 nice cats live around the pool. Every day clean pool towels. The Piña Coladas at the pool bar are delicious. In my opinion the only hotel in Panama city with such a beautiful pool area. The hotel itself dates back to the 1960s and has the flair of the old days and local style, exactly what I wanted. Here and there they are in the process of making small necessary improvements, the mattresses are a bit soft, the AC regulators in some rooms need to be changed. Solutions were provided quickly by the staff and I was able to have a relaxing time. I will be back soon.

The excellent person and very good take care and I recommend for everybody. They can go over there and have a good time. The food is good I love Neftali, the front door and I remember the name for her. She’s so nice. She’s so beautiful person in your heart. Israel but not ten I no remember the name thank you so much for everything.

I think Sunday the last day they can make a big party bubble like the more better every Sunday in the last day

The breakfast was great, the accommodation was very nice we were upgraded to a cabana with no extra cost. The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. The hotel was close to everything,.

What i didn't like was the bathroom in the cabana to me didn't provide enough privacy especially the shower which had a transparent glass door

Huge room, comfortable beds. Bar and restaurants good. Breakfast good. Fabulous swimming pool.

The bathroom was outdated, mould growing on tiles in shower area and on ceiling. We pulled the fridge out to get Nespresso machine plugged in. Dirty behind, maid did not clean. Only two Nespresso capsules provided. Asked to pay for more, just mean!!

ALL staff great you with Respect, they acknowledge you when you speak to them comparing with other hotels I stay when I go to Panama, example the Hilton & HOTEL Riu breakfast has a lot of variety, the young man from the pool they very nice they make your stay more comfortable apart from the rooms I give then a 10

bath was not to clean, just need to up grade rooms
