Location was ideal, small but very clean and comfortable, short walk to everything in Casco Viejo. Personal 4th floor veranda.

I think there was a communication gap... an unknown person knocked on the door with a charge card machine to collect payment. I didn't expect this, he had no proof of legitimacy and this just seemed odd.

The room was small but comfortable and had a fully updated bathroom. It had a really good refrigerator, and access to a microwave and washer/dryer. The balcony overlooking the old city has a small table and a couple of chairs for relaxing with a glass of wine.

There is no concierge on stand-by, and they are stringent about the 3 PM start time for check-in, so we couldn't leave our luggage before then. (Note: we should have reached out several days ahead to request this.) Warning: rooms are on the second and third floor, and there is no elevator, so be aware you will be carrying your luggage up.

Location is good, next to restaurants. Check in process was easy, contacted the person through the Booking.com app and they sent someone over within 10 minutes. If it had been raining, I may have had to stand outside in the rain. It would've been nice if the property manager had sent a message 1-2 days before asking for the approximate time of arrival. Liked the shampoo size and exfoliating soap. Having a laundry room was great.

Too bright, I couldn't sleep in. There is a section of the window above the curtains through which a lot of light comes in. They need to install Stained/ Dark color window glass if they can't cover all windows with curtains. Didn't know that I had to go up multiple floors. It would've been nice to know the floor number when I made the reservation. Most hotels in South America don't have elevators. They did help carry the luggage up and down. There is no place to put the soap within the shower enclosure. I had to keep bending down to put the soap on the floor and pick it up.

The building is beautiful- super quiet. Right by lovely plaza Herrerra. Staff great. I have stayed here multiple times and it is my favorite place in casco viejo.

Not sure if that is normal but I noticed that when I stay at the larger apt it has always been a bit nicer and more attention to detail, they usually have some beer and water available complementary and sometimes some fruit. Not necessary just wonder why it is inconsistent. I wish they would do the same for the small apt. Also there is no tv in the small apt but that does not bother me.

Centrally located, clean, AC, balcony, laundry and mini kitchen

The check-in process should be made more transparent. On the day of check-in, the instructions were a bit unclear on payment but it ended up being okay after some messaging back and forth. Not a huge deal, but just in the future I think some general instructions should be given at the time of booking so people are aware.

Location was fabulous. Overnight parking near by for $25/ night

The check in time was 3pm no problem we arrived shortly after 4. We were informed that no one would be available to help after 5 pm, and that would have been a real problem as you need a code to enter. Also on our last night there was very noisy construction going on, which kept the party on the main floor awake all nigh.

This was a beautiful and very clean property with plenty of space! The air conditioning was so wonderful to have and the amenities were on point. The pillows were lovely. The cleaning staff even stocked our fridge with beer! The location cannot be any better- right in the midst of all the action in Casco Viejo.

The manager was never around when people were checking in, including us, and we ended up having to help other guests get ahold of him. This quickly got old! Also- the beds were a bit hard and the dishwasher was not very good. The rooftop bar next door operates until about 3 am on the weekends which was pretty loud.

Spacious apartment, well equiped. Comfortable beds and bedrooms. Quality utilities used, good kitchen facilities.

Dark living area and kitchen, as there are no windows. Roof terras does not have any view and is loud due to roaring kitchen exhausts and ACs. Constant smell of fried food. The only item we throught was missing was an iron. Door locking system complicated and outdated.

kitchen was detached- i think it was more communal use than just our apartment. although we didn't see anyone else use while we were there a few more utensils in kitchen would have been nice. up on the 3rd floor -no elevators.. just to be aware if you have large luggages

Location was great, we just had to wait for a while on our arrival. It is fairly quiet but highly depends on other guests, the other guests was extremely noisy coming in late night. But hey it's Casca Viejo and you are in a city that does not sleep so you have to embrace it. Julio was very helpful, he also directed us to a second hotel as we decided to stay another night because we loved it so much but he was already fully booked. Close to WONDERFUL restaurants and in the heart of the old city! Julio also arranged our transit from airport to the hotel. I would definitely come back and stay here.

Staff presence, was not great arriving after a 30 hour journey and no one to greet you but that is the only small thing, the rest was wonderful!
