Excellent customer service, all staff were extremely polite, helpful and well trained. Probably the best staff experience I've ever experienced (a big statement)! The amenities in the hotel were excellent, with access to 2 restaurants and a cafe on site plus additional from the mall. The views from the room (city view) were beautiful with the newer parts of the city in the distance. The room was quite large for a standard room with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms and even across the hotel had huge windows so felt very airy and bright.

The location is a little far from the main parts of the city and even further from the old city, but I was staying at the hotel for a conference so a quick Uber and everything was easy to access.

First and foremost, the staff were exceptional — warm, professional, and genuinely caring. We had very early and late flights, and they graciously provided early check-in and late check-out, which made our travel days so much more manageable. That kind of flexibility and hospitality is rare and very appreciated! The location is unbeatable — directly connected to Albrook Mall, one of the largest shopping centers in Latin America. It was incredibly convenient to have such a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and even a supermarket just steps away. Whether we needed a quick bite, souvenirs, or a stroll, everything was right there. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with modern furnishings and a great layout for relaxing after a day of exploring. The beds were plush and inviting, and housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout our stay. We also loved the breakfast buffet — a delicious spread of both local and international options, with fresh fruits, made-to-order eggs, pastries, and more. It was the perfect way to start each day, and the staff in the dining area were just as wonderful as the rest of the team.

Marriott Panama Hotel is ideally located in the heart of the famous Albroik Mall which is the largest mall in Panama.. You can just walk right into the mall when you exit the Marriott Hotel., this is super!!! Also, the Panama Canal is just 20 mins away by bus. Breakfast is buffet wirh a wide variety to choose. Fronr desk reception was very kind and always willing to assist whatever our needs were... Ashley and Karen just to name a few... Best Regards, SN

The staff was very kind and helpful, all of them at all times, even when they didnt have to be nice. A male worker was fixing something on my floor, saw me exit the elevator with my shopping and ran to me and carried all my bags to my room. Excellent service! Great buffet breakfast! There was a wide variety and they changed the menu everyday. The Bistro staff was very friendly. The checkin clerks were super helpful. A mistake was made in my reservation and they fixed it quickly without any argument or discussion. They aimed to please. The location was super ideal... it's in Albrook Mall! Lol... Good job Marriott!

The Breakfast was excellent, the room was good it was not far from the elevator. The location is excellent, its right by the mall so I did not have to go far, despite my disability.

A little issue with the wifi, and it would have been nice to have access to a scooter, so that it would have been easier to get around in the mall.

The mall is super convenient next to the hotel, reception staff very helpful and spoke English. The gym and pool are good. Stunning views from the roof and a good variety and nice food at breakfast.

The breakfast staff are not very helpful and I felt they tried to avoid foreigners that they perceived not to speak Spanish.

I love the restaurant the food was phenomenal and the waiters were the best! Very accommodating it truly was wonderful out of the four nights staying we ate there for three!

I did not like the pillows. And I would have preferred more coffee and fresh towels but all in all I would stay there again

The hotel is conveniently located inside Albrook Mall, close to the public transportation system (Albrook metro station, bus station, and taxis). Panama Canal, port, inner-city airport, financial district, and old town (Casco Antiguo) are close (5-10 minutes by car). The first-floor restaurant is a superb Peruvian-Asian fusion option. The staff is kind and helpful. The value-for-money ratio is excellent. It is a good option for business or leisure travel, alone, in a couple or family.

The location right within the Albrook Mall made shopping easier as you can drop off your purchases to your room and return to shopping. Having a laundry room for clients to use at their convenience. .

The laundry detergent & softener being sold should also be in smaller sizes.
