One of the best aspects of our travel was the staff. The team there are amazing. The most notable team members are William (in the dining room/bar), Oliver (concierge service), and Lillie (concierge service). We also appreciated the great breakfast, the beautiful views from the hotel, the walkability to great restaurants and stores, and the special touches like chocolate left from housekeeping, bottled water, robes, and slippers in the bathroom, door services and concierge services.

I appreciated the wonderful breakfast and the deck area as well as the service. The bed was plus and comfortable and second room we got was immaculate.

Upon arrival, I had ordered champagne and flowers for my anniversary. However, while the flowers were amazing, the room bar was not stocked, there was no champagne, and the room felt damp, as if the air was not working. They immediately changed the room, though I was just a little upset that the flowers were wasted on the room we didn't use.

Perfect location, very central to the city and near fabulous restaurants. Yet, strategically placed on a one-way, side street without any heavy traffic. We absolutely loved our stay here. Their amazing staff will spoil and pamper you; especially Lille, the concierge.

Can’t think of any reason not to love this hotel.

This hotel is wonderful. Close to many restaurants and the heart of the city. The staff is very accommodating and pay attention to detail. They even made my birthday feel extra special with a personalized cake and letter. The hotel is clean, and the room is beautiful. The pool area is well maintained. Matiz was a delicious restaurant. I have nothing bad to say.

I cannot complain about anything. Everything was smooth.

The property was cleaned and the staffs were attentive and professional.

The hotel seems to have some electrical problems as some of the plugs and sockets in the room and door bell were malfunctioning. The living room tv in 3003 weren’t working properly. Called front desk had it fix then the bedroom tv wasn’t coming on.

The room service was phenomenal, the non-alcoholic drinks from the pool bar were also amazing. The bed was comfy, but the feather pillows were hard and flat. Very nice shower, wish I had noticed there wasn't a tub.

This was our last night after a busy adventure around panama. We wanted to relax in our fancy hotel without any "tourist guilt" to go out and see things. We ordered room service and hoped to relax and watch a movie. I am surprised that these fantastic, fancy hotels don't have smart TVs! If I am paying for a comfy room that I will actually spend time in, I want to sign in to my netflix and watch a movie in english.... otherwise, it was phenomenal, but we didn't love watching a movie on our phone...

We loved the pool. We loved the staff and the bar food We loved our room. We loved our breakfasts.

I don’t want to pay for internet. I don’t want a restriction on how many devices are covered. It seems like a stingy thing to do to guests in a five-star hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent. So was The Bungalow The Peacock Alley food was terrible. The food in the Spanish tapas restaurant was poor, way below par.

Great location. Great room. Great breakfast. We used the indoor/outdoor pool a lot. The bed was so comfortable that my wife wants to purchase the same mattress for home.

There was a chemical sent in the lobby that was irritating.

Solid, clean, good outdoor pool area, very good gym. It’s in the commercial district. We did not have any food.

We booked this hotel because our friend is living in the hotel. For tourists, a hotel in the Casco Viejo would probably be better.

Staff were excellent. Service was superb.

Breakfast was not very good. Omelette station was not very good. Variety of offerings was small. Bread was stale every morning except one. Not many options beyond eggs or processed meats.
