The room was big and pretty. The location is central.

The restaurant in the hotel is the worst. I ordered caprese and received tomato with yellow cheese. The wine smelled of old rug. The staff is not too educated - the young boy stood on my way when I wanted to pass with my suitcase instead of helping me with it. Same on the way out - they didn't even bother to.hold the door. I think it would be a mere courtesy to help a lady who could have been their mother. All they do really quickly is when you check out - they are very quick to indiscreetly check if you robbed something! I have never experienced anything like that before. The coffee at breakfast was impossible to drink, it was horrible. As for the price and stars, the breakfast in general is very bad.

It was my favorite hotel on my trip. Room are huge, high ceilings, corridors with antique furniture, lovely restaurant with good selection of food and drinks. Very good location in heart of Asuncion. Top floor with pool.

This hotel was a great discovery in Asuncion, Old fashion from the 60`s but keep impeccable, a real surprise it just went well over my expectations. Roomsare huge and the staff just awesome staring from the receptionist, restaurant, maids and manager, felt so well it was hard to leave. Nice restaurant and food. Thank you Ivo, Francia, Carlos and all the staff. Parking facility is great even for parking a RV

Great location in the historic city center, very walkable to nearby tourist spots and restaurants, nice clean rooms and good breakfast. The rooftop pool was an excellent place to relax on hot afternoons.

the staff were very helpful both answering questions before we arrived and once we were there. it's very well located for the old town sights, the food in the restaurant was surprisingly nice for a hotel and the bar was nice. the pool area was useful too as it was very hot when we were there.

Rooms had older carpet. If you're going to have carpet, replace it more frequently like Hilton. Otherwise go with solid surface

Breakfast was very good. Bed was was fantastic. Gentle, warm atmosphere.

Hotel is a bit outdated. Gym very old and not fully functioning.
