My husband and I enjoyed the breakfast. I loved the detox juice and the vegetarian, healthy breakfast. My husband enjoyed the coffee station. I enjoyed sitting on our private patio area and watching the little hummingbirds on the tree outside our room. I've been here before and always enjoy staying at the Casa Andina in Chincha. The atmosphere is so serene, and the air is clean. Having the Mall so close was great, as my husband forgot his sneakers at home. The staff was very friendly. I must add that I had two great massages with your masseuse. She was excellent.

The floor in the bathroom was slippery for us, as I am 78 and my husband is 93. So I put a towel in the shower and it worked.

Location was fabulous, enjoyed the view. Rooms were close to each other, however, each one had its private entrance really cute with flowers around the entrance. Pool is pretty big but I believe there should be a pool for kids only. We tried to swim but pool was full with kids. I don’t have an issue with that, just wanted to relax and enjoy the pool. Room was spacious and bed was about a 75% comfy. I just like my bed not to hard not to soft. Entertainment was fun . Noche con Criollo. Food/breakfast had a selection and loved the mini tamales. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Theater needs better seating , the chairs used were regular chairs they are not comfortable for movie. But movie night is great.

The lunch at the restaurant was fabulous, really enjoyed the custom-made ceviche and juices. Breakfast was also wonderful, lots of choices. Enjoyed afternoons by the pool. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A fan in the gym would be helpful, it was very hot and stuffy up there

Pool, shower, breakfast, dinnning restaurant were good. It is a perfect family hotel

The air conditioning was noisy that you couldn't leave it on to sleep. I was happy to hear that all the equipment is scheduled to be renewed.

the pool was large , clean and refreshing. how a pool should be. breakfast was good, good selection. room was spacious, quite and clean staff where great

the hotel is very good, the little bungalows for the rooms are quite nice. Swimming pool is good. breakfast delicious and lots of variety. staff helped us to find the perfect tour to visit islas ballestas and we loved it.

it was quite noisy at times, they tried to charge me for the room twice, even if I already had paid it online. sockets are different than in the rest of the hotels so you need an adaptor, but you can borrow it from reception. Maybe a bit too expensive on my opinion.

The staff is great!

The mattress seemed a little old and not as comfortable as usual.

A didnt like the prices a bit from the restaurant. The traffic from lima to chincha was awful

Staff service was good. Room and its installations were very clean.
