Everything was absolutely beautiful! We got an unexpected upgrade on our room which was a pleasant surprise & very welcome since we were exhausted after our many adventures :) Pool, grounds and rooms were so tasteful & lovely. Food from the Italian restaurant was superb & my massage was great.

It was my husbands birthday & unfortunately he did not get a good massage as I did which was disappointing. It is an expensive hotel but really worth the splurge especially if you need to relax a bit, in our case after the Inca trail & Amazon adventures. They offered us a completely overpriced pick up from the airport, do choose taxidatum and pay much less.

Bit of a mixed bag. Great villa type rooms. Huge comfie beds. Very lovely staff, catering to Spanish speakers with very little English, but a lovely demeanor and desire to help. Great breakfast (extra cost $23). Bikes and Catarman trips included. Nice heated pool. Lovely landscaping.

Very spotty house keeping. They would regularly take everything in the bathroom, towels bath mats etc and not replace them. Water in our villa was luke warm at best. I reported the issue but it was not fixed. Unusual for a 5 star Marriott.

I absolutely loved how the staff treated guests—they were always attentive, kind, and proactive. They really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, frequently checking in to see if everything was okay. The food was absolutely delicious. Chalana had the most amazing ceviche I’ve had in a while, Trattoria served incredible Italian dishes, and Ballestas was fantastic. My husband couldn’t stop talking about the ají de gallina, saying it was the best he’s ever tried. The breakfast buffet changes nearly every day, offering great variety, and they truly anticipate your needs—my husband’s latte was already waiting for him at the table before he even ordered it!, The room was beautiful, and I appreciated all the little details that showed how much they care. It was especially thoughtful when they surprised us with a cake for my husband’s birthday, complete with a lovely message. For our anniversary, they left a bottle of wine with chocolates and another thoughtful note. It truly made our stay feel extra special.

The room was very big and comfortable. The staff at the restaurant was very attentive and the food/drinks very tasty.

Too expensive for what you have. The check-in/out process is veeeerrrryyyyy long, they need a hundreds IDs from you, signatures etc. the additional $100 !!! you have to stay as a guarantee for every day!!! So if you stay in the hotel 4 days you stay $400 guarantee... Sorry, it is very uncommon. The food/ drinks are very expensive as well. You can't swim in the ocean and the water is veeryyyy smelly and you can feel it in your room as well... No umbrellas at the swimming pool near the bar.

The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was quite big as well, with a tub and bidet. The breakfast buffet is rich and diverse. We took the tour to the Ballestas Islands and it was nicely done (they offer other activities as well). The centrum of Paracas is 10 minutes by walking so there are other choices for eating and drinking.

The main pool is a bit disappointing, it looks much bigger in the photos. The secondary pool (or family pool) is better but the water is colder than the main pool. The restaurants for lunch and dinner are ok-ish at best.

As you enter the gates from outside it is like stepping into an oasis of calm. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, the sea view are definitely worth it for the outlook and sunset views (our children had a garden view so we saw the difference) The breakfasts was delicious with numerous options and the pools were wonderful.

Having to pay for the pool cabanas even in winter months when they were empty. The bar could feel cold as we were there in Winter and it remains slightly open to the outside

This place is a sanctuary. Every detail is cared for and the connection with nature makes it the perfect place to detach and relax. Very hard to leave. The design is calming and tasteful, the landscaping is perfectly integrated and the attention to detail is excellent. The customer care is exceptional and every single member of the staff does a spectacular job at making you feel exactly where you want to be. We have loved every moment of our stay, that special that it makes it almost pointless to leave the resort, and when you do, you just look forward to come back in. Luxury with a soul.

The fee structure for breakfast is overcomplicated and the buffet should be included in the base fee, not quoted as an expensive extra. The added payment for fast internet is really petty and unnecessary considering the luxury target. Reminds more of a budget airline.

We've been to the hotel several times -first time since it is under the Marriott umbrella- and it has always been a gratifying experience. The hotel grounds are extensive and it's a pleasure to walk through them. The staff is incredibly friendly, the bungalows are comfortable and it's nice to switch from a pool lounge to a beach palapa in no time. We also enjoyed the convenience of their tour boat to Islas Ballestas. But what made our experience truly memorable was the food and drinks both at the main restaurant but especially at La Chalana.

The concierge could improve his/her/their communications skills.

We liked everything about Hotel Paracas. The Staff was great: competent and courteous, especially a young staff member who noticed our son left his Ray Ban glasses and an expensive jacket. He saved them for our son and waited at the front door of the Hotel Paracas to give both items to our son. Cannot remember his name presently but we appreciate his honesty and kindness. Please someone find out who he is and commend him.

The term hidden gem has been so overused that it has lost its meaning. That is not the case with this hotel, it truly is a hidden gem. Everything about this property is wonderful and in a stunning setting. My wife and I have traveled and stayed at 5-star properties all over the world. This hotel was an unexpected surprise. The town of Paracas is a small seaside village with basic amenities all of which are quirky and fun. Hotel Paracas is a beautiful full service, seaside property a short distance from town. Everything is stunning. The rooms are large and well appointed. The level of service is top notch. We were assisted in checking in by a young man named Cesar whose appearance and professionalism far exceeded our expectations. The restaurants are fantastic. Our waiter was a polite young man named Nicholas. He had the poise and professionalism not often seen even at some of the best restaurants. He knew how to provide excellent service without being intrusive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stunning experience in an off the wall location.
