The facilities were very comfortable, the staff extremely polite and accomodating, the drinks in the bar area were good and they food was above average.

In my opinion, guests could have a more enjoyable time if the hotel implemented area-warmers in the tiki bar area during winter time. They should improve the karaoke experience. The karaoke room is detached from the main building and has openings that let the cold weather inside. People inside were cold the whole time. Also, they don't have a karaoke machine and the system they were using kept disconnecting in mid-song for many. They should invest in a karaoke machine and wireless microphones.

Really beautiful, not too big Hotel at the beach site. The staff was super friendly and attentive. For issue or question, they helped in seconds. Additionally everyone did their very best, to make our stay amazing. You can easily bool tours e.g. too the island or national reserve with pick up directly at the reception. We had a beautiful room with a nice seaview, which was really clean. The hotel has a good swimming pool, a tiny gym and at least everything you need. The breakfast was really good and the dinner options even better. Our favorite was the barbecue at the pool area, where the staff created delicious meals. We would definetely come back and recommend a stay for relaxing in the sun and exploring the paracas region.

Even though there was a small construction area at the beach, you didn't really realized it unless you focused on it.

The best part of the stay were the activities. Chris, who faciliated all the events, was so friendly, fun, and made sure everyone was happy. We did bingo, water games in the pool, made pisco drinks at sunset, and also played a drinking game.

You couldn't have a drink in the pool, and lots of kids screaming and jumping around.

The staff was really nice with us the whole time. Always with a smile on their face. The breakfast buffet has many options, so I think it’d be suitable for almost anyone. Loved spending my bday there again.

Paracas is a very sunny and windy place, so it would be great that the parking lot was roofed, or at least had some partial shade to protect the cars.

The hotel facilities are very well maintained. They have plenty of activities available for the little ones which is a great relief for parents. We went Kayaking on the beach nearby, gently waves. Breakfast was simply great, with eggs cooked to order. I also have to highlight its friendly staff, we'll come back.

I would suggest cleaning the pool more often as there were lots of doves and gulls flying around and leaving their drops anywhere. Pest management would help keep this under control I guess. Otherwise, everything was just perfect.

Clean very comfortable rooms The entertainer (Christian) was amazing with our kids and the whole family really. Contagious good energy. The restaurant was very good.

We were there for New Year’s Eve and paid for a party and special meal which was a bit underwhelming.

The location is further away from the centre however it suited us as we just wanted to relax but if you wanted more food options the front desk can book a local taxi

Ok the room where breakfast is served is too small had a problem getting a table,not enough lounge chairs in pool area also the beach area is all rocks looks like there trying improve with construction going on

The installation, big and comfy rooms, the sunset is beautiful with the reflection above the pool and sea. It was a nice stay! Random activities such as bingo, aqua sports were cool, and the breakfast buffet was top!

It is a little out of town, so we ate mostly at the hotel and found food to be a little expensive, but this was expected
