Aranwa Hotel was good and pool was so too good neat and clean water, room is excellent as per picture, and really we enjoyed breakfast good and testy

I liked every thing just only one thig which i do not like personally cold water in the pool, my daughter love to swim but she went once in the pool and she was feeling so cold and then she does not want to go again, hopefully for future they will do some planning for warm water in the pool and children and adults can enjoy so much.

This resort is absolutely beautiful, the pools are great including for families with small children. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable with balconies. Parts of the hotel are being renovated and it should be even nicer once it is done. The staff is absolutely fantastic, the checkin was easy, the bar and restaurant is great. Guiller prepared the best drinks and was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and Carmen was constantly checking if we needed anything, she would make sure we had enough coffee and juices. Pierina took care of us during lunch, helping us by explaining the exotic dishes. All members of the staff went out of their way to make our stay as wonderful as possible. We highly recommend this resort, would definitely come back.

The property was nice with good food on site, nice pools and rooms that open to the pool, everyone was also very friendly. The resort is peaceful. It's great that there's a spa on site.

Upon check in (at 1am), the desk clerk required a lot of paperwork that could have been handled the next morning. I had just driven 4 hours from Lima and was staying for 3 nights. A little more consideration would've gone a long way. Also, I booked a spa massage and the masseuse brought in her phone and was texting while conducting her service. A rule of "no phones" while doing massages would also be appreciated.

The room was great and the bed very comfortable. The view from the bedroom was excellent. The whole resort was very well maintained. The bar staff were amazing as were the reception team.

Breakfast could be better as well as the restaurant food. The quality of the food was not what we expected from this hotel chain which we used previously. Staff at restaurant were very laid back and not as attentive. Walking near the beach was a bad idea due to the pollution and nauseating odor.

It would have been nice to have had at least 24 hours available for the bedroom, checkin at 15:00 and checkout at 12:00 (that they really nicely extended to 13:00) was a bit short Plugs didn't work everywhere for our European devices but that is really an unimportant detail

In general everything was matching the expectations and we had a good stay!

For a 5 star hotel you would expect that they would put your room service on the room so that you can pay at check-out. It was a big deal apparently and we had to pay immediately. Also I would expect a mini bar in the room...A small suggestion for the management: Considering the hotel was almost empty, sometimes giving a free room upgrade might be nice...

Great breakfast, beautiful pools, fun bar/lounge area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Jesus behind the bar.

There was a surprising amount of trash on the beach. The pool water was also not as clean as I'd expect for a resort at this price, and the hot tub was not functioning.

The staff was so friendly and nice. The kids enjoyed the pool, playground and activities. The sunsets are beautiful. We felt very relaxed and it was peaceful.

The only thing we did like was the tile around the pool was very slippery. The kids fell couple of times and we almost fell as well. Be careful when the tile is wet.

Everything new. World class installations, the staff perfectly aligned with customer satisfaction. All with excellent behavior.

Everything!!! My family love it !!

Only thing is there are no rails to get in to the swimming pool, my sister had mobility issues and she couldn’t hold on to anything to get inside the pool.
