When we booked this location was because of the price. I got a bit scared since they have a few bad reviews. But when we arrived we saw nothing bad. It's very clean and confortable. The location is far from the center but it's close to all the good busses for 1 sol. We initially booked only 6 days but after every trip we ended returning to this hotel, and spent almost 3 weeks here. We got hot water, internet, confort and breakfast. The breakfast is simple: bread, butter, jam, cereals, milk, coffee, tea, cheese and salami. And this is free. You can pay for more, but I think this was enough.

There is 1 room with almost no internet. But there is enough to see in the city that we almost never needed internet. And when we needed it, the lobby is always available.

This is a FANTASTIC hidden gem, away from the busy and loud central historic district, yet a convenient middle location between the airport and the historic district. We walked from the hotel to the historic district in 20-30 minutes and also took the taxi when time was limited. The owner was so accommodating, friendly and had outstanding service, and this is family-owned. We were able to check in at 6:30am after arriving from the airport! We also put our luggage in storage for five days during our Salkantay Trek. The bed was very comfortable, the blankets so soft and warm. The shower starts cold but just give it a couple minutes to heat up, as was explained to us.

The attention from the staff, the cleanliness and the energy that you feel is fantastic! You feel very safe and confortable. They even have hot teas for you so you could adapt to the new heights.

Only negative thing would finding the hotel, it is a little bit too hidden lol. Nonetheless, could be fixed if the put up a sign on the main road!

They helped us with all our requests, explained how to get buses, coletivos and gave us tips. They were really helpful. Having a hot bath after hiking tours was awesome.

The building is very cold. The water at times wouldn’t run hot but the lady would always make it work and fix it for us.

Nice staff, comfortable bed, free breakfast, clean, it's worth the price. I just wanted to stay close to the airport for one night on a budget and it was everything I wanted.

It's cold inside the building. It's fine for sleeping though. If you're looking to go out and see stuff, stay closer to the center, their isn't much to see around that area.

This hotel is in walking distance from the bus station, what was the reason to book - we arrived to Cusko very early in the morning by a night bus and we could check-in so early and we got a basic breakfast and tea as we came, thank you! To the centre of the city you can get in an hour by walking or with a taxi in a few minutes.

Clean bright room with hot shower and TV with neflix. Very quiet place away from the centre, but very well connected by the local buses and close to the bus terminal reachable by feet.

Very good location and very good staff and helpful. also inside hotel you can buy the trips from very good prices . Recommend this hotel and I'm very happy with my holidays in this hotel to stay. Room its clean and hotel looks like new .

It is a family operated Hotel. The reception was very polite an speaks fluent english. In Cusco not many people speak english at all! Me and my sister were very welcomed and got help with our plans. They even make contact with travel agencies, if you need help. The room was very comfortable and big for the price. At the reception you get free tea and there is a 24 hours service. You also can book breakfast even for very early in the morning. You can leave your luggage. We went on a 4 day trip, before we got back. We online wanted to stay for 1 night and stayed in total for 7 days. We had a great experiments. Thank you Fernando and his family.

It was really clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff does not speak English but anyway they were super nice. There is very affordable laundry service

Some room does not have window ( i mean they do but for some internal corridor, so if you want to stay longer and want to have a window you need to check it out)
