Had a wonderful time staying at the San Francisco Hotel. Our room was beautiful and spacious with nice mountain views. Breakfast was great with fresh fruits every morning and the views to the city is stunning. It would've been nice to switch up the breakfast on different days for people who are staying there longer but otherwise no complaints. Our checkout was at 9:30 AM and our flight at 10:30 PM which is quite a few hours before we had to leave. The staff hold our luggage at the hotel and we were able to enjoy the day in the city center without the hassle and hang out in the hotel lobby after before we catch a ride to the airport. Also, I booked the hotel last minute after receiving a message from the Dreams Boutique Hotel Cusco last minute (the day of my flight to Cusco) that booking.com system over booked them and they don't have a room for us. I was very disappointed but finding the San Francisco Hotel worked out great in every aspect.

Good breakfast bag to go. Hotel nicely designed and furnished. Very convenient for hotel and for departure to Rainbow mountain.

Fecal / sewer stench from bathroom. Problems with getting staff to prepare what's on offer in the room menu. Promised but did not provide more than one towel for two people (nor hand towels, nor shower mat) on the two nights we were there. The towel of the first night was in a dreadful condition, like an overused rag.

The Hotel is compact, comfy beds and rooms, nice hot water, quiet, great service at breakfast and tasty food. Stayed in and had dinner, which was quite good. Close to city center, easy internet and getting Uber took just a few minutes.

Lots of confusion checking in…reception has to make a call, to whom do not know, but from across the counter a woman’s voice can be heard from the phone…a little bit of a dog and pony show, but it really took a while to resolve. Let’s work this out for future quests, gracias.

The staff was helpful and even kept my bag when I went to Machu Picchu, place was cleaned and breakfast was ok,

The rooms and hotel did not have have any heating, the rooms was cold...the facilities also need some minor work to be done.

they have an elevator my breakfast is included with the room. They’re always cleaning and taking care of the place. The staff is very attentive. Some of the staff speak English quite well.

I wish the elevator went all the way to the sunroof because it’s a little difficult for me to climb the stairs. The last separate elevator goes up to all the rooms the floors.

I really like the staff and their attitude to clients. We came early before the check-in hours, and receptionist is kindly treated us with hot tea and provided the room early. Also, when we started our trip early they gave us breakfast with us.

It was quite cold in the room, and stuff provided us the AC to make it warmer, but makes air is really dry. Also, one evening it was no warm water in the bathroom, but staff quickly fix it in 10 mins. It's quite far from Cusco center, but not noisy. We also had problem with the sink, it always was stucked and full of water.

The beds were comfortable and staff was nice. Room was clean. Only the first room had a heater. The second room was too cold

I went for breakfast 15 minutes before the end and there was no food for me. I was a little disappointed because i had to check out in the morning and head straight to my tour

Very few nearby restaurants or places to eat (no good ones that we could find). Room service closed early - we tried to order at 7:30pm and it was closed. Also would have been nice to see more vegetarian options on the menu

Great location and value for money. Convenient and very near to the airport. It is slightly old and worn but clean and comfortable. No complaints for the money.

Hotel is modern and spacious rooms. Has NETFLIX. BATHROOMS with hot water bath(Temperature was right, Most of the other hotels I had only luke warm water for bath). Good breakfast with omlettes, yoogurt, cereal, fruit, juices & coffe. Nice dining room on 8th floor. Eagerly helping staff, wether you want a taxi, order a meal or get some small provisions from adjacent store. I have to mention Hotel staff Franco & Leesa, they were very good. Close to AIRPORT

We dint like the brown draperies or curtains in the room, looked dull /drab to us. I felt the room can a little more cleaner. There was a bar acrosss the street but there were not much restaurants or places to walk around
