It was clean and nice, the personnel were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was nice with tasty food in the menu. I loved the beds, they were comfortable, including the pillows. They recommended us tours in the area that were good even if more expensive than the ones you could find outside the resort.

The natural beach was a swampy smelly mess but it had some pretty birds. The pool area was crowded and we couldn’t take a chaise lounge unless we went before 9.

We stayed in an ocean front room and enjoyed the fenomenal view of the Paracas Bay from the comfort of our balcony lounge chairs. The hotel provides free kayaks, paddle boards and small catamarans for an aquatic adventure. We did some kayaking in the morning and it was so relaxing. After that we enjoyed the pools and soaked up the sun sipping on pisco sours and chilcanos. The employees are extremely nice and helpful. Finally, the breakfast buffet had a large variety of fruits, breads, pastries and warm dishes. I highly recommend it.

There’s almost nothing to complain about. If anything, I would recommend fixing the two foosball tables in the rec area as some of the rods were loose.

It's so fantastic to have a hotel like this more or less to yourself. A great facility with super comfy beds.

Unfortunately there was some maintenance work (low season). The service, which wasn't very busy, could be much more attentive. And I don't understand why the cappuccino with the (fabulous) breakfast costs extra in this price category. On request, these were then taken off the bill at checkout.

We were charged for food we did not order. Luckily we review the bill before paying and noticed the "Breakfast bufette for children" and we never had a bufette because for breakfast always head to town with the locals. It was sorted by the management by it wasnt a nice situation to be in. The place is great apart from this part.

The Pool is Great, good activities for the Kids! Very good service and attention from Mr. Carlos at the hotel at all times with food and drinks.

Mr. Sandro from the reception was not kind and willing to help us. We had to talk to the manager to get a solution for a late check out so we could attend to one of the activities.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Everyone was polite and helpful. The hotel facilites were just as expected. Breakfast was delicious and with many option to accommodate different requirements. We tried 2 of the free aquatic activities and the service was excellent. Had a great time!

The pillows in the room were flat; we ordered a glass of wine with dinner and it was pretty bad, it seemed as if it came from a bottle that was opened for a few days. Check-out was slow.

Check in process, I feel most of the process can be done before hand to speed it thru.

Beautiful property. Our room was incredibly spacious. The pool was nice and staff were perfectly fine. The restaurant was very good. It was a wonderful, spa-like experience.

It’s about a 10-15 min drive from the city center, which is less than ideal.

we are a family of four and booked it as so. it’s funny that they only included two breakfasts with our room and provided only two towels, etc. not a big deal. just funny.
