This guest house is tacked away from the main square and busier streets so it's peaceful but literally within minutes of reaching everywhere. Comfortable beds.
The hotel has automatic motion sensor lights that go off all the time at night time. All the rooms have small windows that face those lights. Also very thin curtains, so it takes a while to fall into deep sleep. Breakfast was very basic and chaotic. The owner cooked by himself, while other tasks needed to be done. Was a bit crazy. As most places in Peru, no floor matts or soap dishes in the bathroom. The main light in the rooms has 3 stages. You have to turn on and off each time to reach the setting you're after. It's a gimic and really unnecessary and annoying.

Exceptional value. Large and clean room with new appliances and furniture and private bathroom with great shower. Plenty of space including table with multiple chairs and huge windows with a balcony looking the ruins right in the face towering above you. The Chef was a true OG. Great food and extremely professional, checking in on us to make sure it was up to our satisfaction. You could tell he knew what he was doing. He also selflessly led us around the city for at least a half hour to help us with an important issue I had to take care of. Highly recommend!!! Thanks again dude!!

It’s very conveniently located close enough to the town square yet far enough away for more quiet. There are great views of the ruins form the balcony rooms!
The electronic key system is quite inconvenient. Also, the hotel can be very loud if anyone is talking or walking, as it was poorly designed and echoes quite badly. I had to go out and purchase my own milk for coffee in the morning. The wifi is very spotty and unable to be accessed from the bedrooms. My bathroom did not drain.

Great location for exploring Pisac. Room was great with Mountain Views, beds comfy and warm. Warm showers in the morning and hot showers at night!
Everything was great. Might have been nice to have fruit in the mix for breakfast but was happy with eggs, toast and cereal.

Very friendly + welcoming staff - they were very helpful with everything. Even the one day when I was too sick to get out of bed, one of them went to the pharmacy for me to get some medicine and water. The room was nice enough, with a good view of the mountains and the location was very convenient, close to the fields with beautiful views of the apus, as well as the center square.
I choose it because it was on the edge of town and some reviews said it was quieter where it was, but unfortunately the cafe across the street was quite loud many of the days so didn't experience quiet but was able to sleep undisturbed most nights. The common space downstairs is fine to sit a few minutes, but not really space to spend too much time in. And the breakfast could use improvement - it was pretty basic, no frills grab + go foods - could use a better selection and some more cooked items.

The highlight of our stay at Pisonay Hotel was the receptionist Jose as he was ALWAYS there for us, when we had questions, to prepare our breakfast, or simply open the door at night, for him 5* stars hands down. The beds are very comfortable. Modern equipment and breakfast is simple with bread, eggs, fresh juice, marmelade, cheese ... and prepared by Jose with his morning good vibes.
The wifi is not great have that in mind - not really possible to work. If you book through a 3rd platform be careful about the conversion rate from dollars to soles, I don't know how the manager is calculating but it's the 1st time that I have had such a bad surprise in the final payment. I would recommend paying in US $ by card (+5%) or cash and making sure to double-check before paying: I have had the impression that the management might be a bit too greedy. I am wondering also why the owner lets only one employee work for what seems like 24 hours several days in a row at the same post and has to open the main entrance door for each guest coming in, that system is not ideal.

Really good and quiet location. Comfortable beds and shower. Breakfast was standard with some fresh eggs, marmalade, bread, grains and milk. No yoghurt, no fruits. It was at the time a really good deal for the money. Really talkative and friendly host.
Some english knowledge would have been helpfull. Breakfast can be improved. Recommendations for getting around the valley can be better. Recommended taxi was 90 soles to Ollantaytambo. We decided to try the collectivo which was 5 soles per person to Urubambo and 3 soles further. We were told 20 soles for each way per person.

Very comfortable rooms Great breakfast All in all a great quality for price
- The window on the corridor over the room door : frequent in Perou, but why?? It would wake us up everytime someone walk in the corridor - The music in the morning during breakfast : the volume was too high, could here it early from the room. - Big TV but no remote control, a bit useless. Those are small inconvenience to improve, all the rest was great.

Loved everything. Came back here a few times! Finally a place that is clean, comfortable beds, HOT showers whenever I wanted one, really friendly staff, decent breakfast included and hot water/tea available always. The balcony rooms also have a wonderful view. Really nice to rest and recover here after travels around Peru. Walking distance to everything you need but off the main roads so it’s more quiet than other spots. Will be back!

Solid, hot breakfast. Coffee/tea, hot water available 24/7 at the lobby. Boutique-feel hotel. Excellent, quiet location close to everything. Easy checkin-checkout. Helpful staff - quick to attend to any needs you may have. We actually extended our stay, we liked here so much.
Soundproofing between rooms could be better, however - all was very quiet during our stay. Street noise pretty much non-existent.
