This hotel is a gem! It's tucked away a bit from the city center, but it's perfectly located near all the major tourist spots. This is our second time staying here, and we'll definitely be back again and again. The staff are absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile. We especially loved the guy at the front desk (though I can't remember his name!). We would have appreciated if they provided hairdryer, as we prefer showering at night and the cool air from the electric fan doesn't dry our hair effectively. Everything else was top-notch! We spent 5 days and 4 nights here, and it was pure bliss. Even the staff at the nearby 7-11 were so kind and welcoming – truly a great experience all around. For us, Casa Bel Inn is the best! It's worth every penny and more. We'll be back!

Just to clarify, this isn't a complaint, just a friendly suggestion for our next visit. We're already planning a return trip for the Panagbenga Festival, and these little tweaks would make our stay even more perfect! ✅It would be great if there were a hairdryer available, as we like to shower at night. ✅It would also be helpful to have at least two chairs in the room. ✅It was a bit noisy with other guests, even late at night. Perhaps a reminder that voices should be kept down after a certain hour would be helpful, as some guests might be trying to rest. ✅Finally, it would be nice to have a kettle for hot water and two mugs in the room.

The blanket, pillows and towels smelled clean. The CR is clean. The staffs are accommodating. They let us borrowed a chair, mugs and was guiding our directions on how to visit tourist spots. It has a verdana with great view.

The electric fan is fix in #1. The location is ok along Hiway and the bus could even dropped you in front of the hotel, but, the jeep is always full so we had to ride a taxi always going to City Proper.

The price. It's one of the most affordable in Baguio and it's not too far from the center. The staff are exceptionally good. Very courteous and accommodating. We requested for extra pillows and we were surprised that there's no extra charge.

Not enough electric outlets in the room. This is something that is a must especially for travellers. There's a single outlet beside the bed and it is loose. The rooms we were in does not have a blackout curtains, which means the morning sun shines directly through the windows -- mornings are really early which isn't helpful if you had a late night the night before. Despite these, at its price point, it's still a good value for money.

Our entire stay was very great. The staffs are friendly and understanding (bcos of our situation before the check-in date). Casa Bel is also accessible to all the tourist spots since we only ride taxi going to SM Baguio, Burnham, and etc., and it only cost around 70-160 pesos. There was also a time wherein some guests were very loud at night (probably bcos they were drunk) and we called the front desk and they handled the situation right away. The city view is a plus since we both loved it very much!

The blankets were kind of dirty (or it is really its color?). And we highly suggest putting chairs and small table on the terrace so that we can enjoy the city view outside w/o standing hehe.

Staff are kind and welcoming. They waived the early checked in fee.

Other people staying in other rooms would have smoked so the smell in the hallway was awful. They should implement a non smoking room because it affects othet guest walking in the hallway.

Bang for the buck! Average distance from town center. Only costs 80-100PHP of taxi to get in and out of the city center and to Casa Bel. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Housekeeping was only until 4PM but we made a request at 5PM and they still accommodated because we didn't know it was only until 4PM. Room was clean and cozy. Internet speed was great. Everything was working in the room including the TV with Netflix. Great view for our room. There's a 711 convenience store below the building thus it was easy to buy food and stuff we need.

Absolutely nothing

There's a balcony, 7/11 right on front of the building. Location just few mins ride going to the main city center. Reception extended out check out time for an hour free of charge which we appreciate much. Thank you.

No blower, lacking electrical outlets.

Staff were very friendly, close to City centre, regular jeepneys right outside hotel, store on site that catered our needs with snacks and drinks, room was just what we needed, we highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are fine and well maintained. The staffs are also accommodating... The wifi is also good.

The view outside the balcony is not properly viewable. The tv in the rooms cannot be access even the cable, no channels and netflix you need to sign-in first. The room photos in the ads is not quite the same in actual but the rooms are fine for me for a 2 stars hotel. The parking in the basement is so small and it can only accommodate a few cars.
