The place had a good view, and the location was overall peaceful and beautiful. The staff were kind, and they were even helpful in getting me a taxi ride because I was having trouble booking via the Grab app.

The place did not have good signal reception. On top of that, the WiFi was weak and barely useful. The shower also did not have a heater, but I guess that's expected for the price I paid. But it's Baguio, so I was honestly hoping all showers had customary heaters. I wish they also accepted card payments to make everything more convenient.

We definitely loved our stay in this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is exceptional especially when we had our breakfast in their cafe where you get to see a scenic view of Baguio. Considering the affordable price, you already get a 5-star service. The location is far from the center, though (Session Road, etc.) so for those who will go without a car, can just ask or negotiate with taxi drivers to pick you up at the hotel to the location you want to go to.

- Exquisite and Excellent View. This might just be one of the rare cases where the location and view actually look a million times better than the posted or advertised pictures. The Architecture and the View were just spectacular. - The Staff (Including the restaurant staff) were accommodating , Special praise to "Sir Bong" who's positive attitude and kindness just added the cherry on top. - The Room was spotlessly clean. - Equipped with a SMART TV/Wifi so aided a lot in our "retreat" and relaxation.

- There was no Bar, Although I've been told that the paperwork for this is being processed so hopefully this is open soon. - The Food although decent, lacked in variety as most of the listed items were not available. The ones that were available were ok but were not particularly outstanding (Food in Baguio is Generally fantastic). - The Hot Water was not functioning as intended in the shower, This is probably on me for not reporting however it definitely needs repairing or updating.

I love the place—it's peaceful and serene. The staff are very accommodating and respectful, which made the stay even more pleasant.

I felt like the room wasn’t properly cleaned. The headboard had no cover, and the window in the corner was quite dirty.

The bathroom has no exhaust fan. Therefore, you need to mask any odor instead of removing it. The room has no intake fan. Therefore, you can't control the flow of fresh air. Although there's an electric fan, what it does is just recirculating the warm air inside even if windows are open. We don't like the stale warm air there is plenty of where we came from.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The view was breathetaking from our hotel reception and room. There was even a view deck that we can access. It was convenient to move around as we were provided transport for our tours and going around the city centre. It was a very relaxing holiday.

Restaurant is unavailable,have to go out for food specially for breakfast lucky there is restaurant nearby.Quite a distance to get a taxi.No kettle in the room to make a coffee...

I realized late that it had no air-conditioning and thought I made a mistake booking it. But when we arrived, we realized we don't really need air-conditioning because it gets really cold especially at night. The staff is friendly and provided everything we requested. The rooms look old but generally clean. We love the view!!! It's far from the city proper so it's quiet and peaceful. We also love Kuya Bong! He's very friendly and accommodating!

We ate at the restaurant only once during our 3 days stay because we didn't really like the food. I ordered Chicken Silog and the chicken looked dry and it tasted bland. The coffee is good though and they had free refill. On our day 3, when we went outside in the morning, we saw uncleaned plates with leftover food on the floor. The location is not great as well. It's too far from the city proper and nestled at the very end of a subdivision. It's costly to book a taxi going to and from the hotel.
