this is a log cabin hotel which made it so special bcos log houses are a rarity nowadays..My room was M8 and it was amazing: large spacious room with 2 double beds, toiletries, small fridge with 2 free distilled water everyday, kettle for your hot coco, and a verandah with a stunning view 🌲 the hotel is just a few steps away from the Botanical Garden; with spacious parking and an adjacent steak house; free breakfast is superb, with a choice of both filipino and continental dishes, which u can enjoy on the balcony or the dining room itself; there is a small garden with dining tables and a fountain at the back; the hotel is surrounded by massive trees and flowers that you can enjoy both at daytime and at night; water pressure is great, no issues with it considering i was at the topmost floor (4th); the price is affordable and won’t break ur savings; cabs are just around the corner; the location is very quiet and safe, with cctv and security 24-hours; u can enjoy morning and night walks without a worry; staff are friendly and very hands-on; the hotel is super clean, the bed is so comfy and so were the pillows (3 big pillows for each bed); in the room there is a big wooden cabinet with a small safe inside; the verandah has a table and 2 chairs; the room has a telly and a desk and phone; wifi is fast; overall i would rate this hotel a 10/10 and i’ll definitely come back ❤️ thank u to the owners and to the staff ❤️ cheers!

Location is good, near the Botanical Garden, Wright Park, The Mansion and Baguio Country Club. The ambiance of the whole place is also excellent, especially the dining area. Bonfire is also a must-try/avail! Good for catching up and chilling out.

It would have been better if there was an extra keycard for the rooms during check-in(though we didnt ask for an extra). They should also be more pro-active and have the menu of the restaurant/cafe within the cabin. When I tried asking them about the menu (before check in date) their response was that they dont have it because it’s under a separate management. Suggestions: Other accommodations have a compilation of suggested places to visit and where to dine near the area or around baguio. It sould be a plus point if they will also have this.

The ladies at the reception were very helpful. They even helped us book a tour car and gave us a list of places to visit. There was a little confusion on our part during checkout, and the lady on duty was very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was sumptuous. The beds were soft, and linens smelled fresh. The folk house beside the hotel was a plus. Overall, the location was quiet with trees and plants in the surroundings.

The hotel does not have lobby. For groups and families, hotel lobbies are used for meetups and short discussions before retiring to our individual rooms. We booked for 2 family rooms. One of them was perfect, however the one with a balcony was smaller and I guess it was located above the kitchen as we could see the chimney/kitchen hood from the balcony. We could smell the smoke /food from our room. It was a short stay though, so it was manageable.

The place is very relaxing as it is situated in a lovely location with lots of trees. The staff are amiable and accommodating. We availed a petite room with a free breakfast buffet. Their food is good and affordable. This place is a vibe!

I think the checkout time is relatively early at 11 am. Maybe they could adjust it to 12pm since the check-in for the property is 3 pm.

Everything! We came in pretty early, around past 1pm, and the check in starts at 2pm. Luckily, the room was already available and they let us checked in early. So that was really convenient. The room was clean, sheets and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast buffet selection was pretty standard and tasty. We did have a minor issue in the comfort room, the flush in the toilet was a bit weak so we have to wait minutes.. you get what I mean.

Very nice old romantic style House far from the noise of the city but still close to it. Rooms are huge . The price is very reasonable . The restaurant is nice and their food is also reasonably priced and very delicious as well !! The staff is also very nice:)

The only thing missing was the air condutioner. When you want to be in the room it is very hot during the day as there is no air conditioner. Some device brings in the air from outside but still air is hot outside during the day. In the night however, as there is very cold outside (17-19 celcius) you can sleep very well without a/c !! It is actually the first place in the Philippines where we could sleep without airco:)

Clean sheets and towels. Good location - near the Botanical Garden. Staff are kind and honest, they even bothered to inform me that we left something in our room. We enjoyed The PinesView Suite although it was a bit hot inside the room during our stay. There is a specific parking slot for those who reserved the TPS, so parking is not a problem even if you leave the hotel with your vehicle at any time.

Breakfast was a bit late. At 7a.m., food are not yet complete. No hot chocolate as option for non-coffee drinkers like me. There were only a few food options, they could add more. Room rates are a bit pricey.

I actually didn't expect much but i was surprised by how big the room was. The toilet even has automatic bidet. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfy. From reading the reviews we also did not expect much with the bfast but it was ok for the price. Over all it was a good stay and the view was spectacular. I hope they use a more professional photographer to take pictures of the room bec the ones here are really old photos. They have maintained the hotel very well they should be able to showcase it.

The two fans they provided both did not work but they were able to quickly accommodate changing it.

I love that it's far away from the city but not far enough to be able to enjoy what the city can offer. It's only a few walks away from the botanical garden and other restaurants. The room is a delight – spacious, well-maintained, clean, and cozy. The thoughtful addition of cabinets and drawers proved useful, especially for those with plenty of belongings. The outdoor ambiance is enchanting. We weren't able to purchase the bonfire (350 for 3 hrs) but I think a group before us did, when we came outside they were gone but there was still some fire left so we stood there for a few minutes. It's a very memorable experience, chill cold evening air, warmth from the fire, the sound of fire crackling, and the faint sound from the live band at the bar. It's such a relaxing experience. Will avail the bonfire next time.

Not much to report. Breakfast was alright—limited choices, but it covers a typical Filipino breakfast. They offer soups, bread, and waffles. The champorado was a standout! I wanted seconds, but I was already too full. Our room (M3) had a glitchy shower handle, allowing only the handheld shower to function. Unfortunately, we couldn't try the overhead and faucet. A quick fix for the handle would be perfect. Besides that, no other complaints.

Beds and pillows way too hard but that’s a personal preference. Breakfast food quality was average at best. They need to hire a pest control company to do a fly control program. Numerous amount of flies around dining room areas.
