The location of the property is lovely. Its on a quiet hill, with a bit of garden/walking space around it. The hotel, although quite old, had comfy beds and clean rooms. The staff are quite lovely and helpful. Their gym, although with 25+ year old equipment, was all working well, so I could do a workout without issues.

The breakfast buffet spread was not too bad, but as a vegetarian, it would’ve been nice to have a few more options. We had a quiet room but it wasn't with a view unfortunately , as it was on the lower floor. I would probably keep that in mind and request for a higher room the next time.

We had a pleasant stay. The food was delicious, the rooms were clean, and the staff were warm and welcoming. True Filipino hospitality was very much felt throughout our visit — kudos to the team! We booked both an Executive Suite and a Deluxe Room. While the suite was spacious, the pull-out bed was quite uncomfortable. It wasn’t a true pull-out; rather, it was a couch with a single bed placed beside it, which made for an uneven and awkward sleeping setup. We also specifically requested a queen-sized bed for the Deluxe Room (which was confirmed in advance), along with a setup for a newlywed couple. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room with two single beds and no special setup at all. There’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to room arrangements and honoring special requests, but the hospitality of staff made the experience worthwhile.

The location is breath taking and beautiful. The hotel was surrounded by lots of trees. The lobby is very pleasing and the decors were superb. The hotel is within walking distance to The Mansion and Wright Park. The breakfast buffet offered different food selections everyday. The staff are very courteous, friendly and carries with a smile.

The safe inside my room did not work. I called front desk and they sent a staff right away. He reset it and left. When I tried to set it up, it would not work so I called again. The response was quick and a staff was sent. He reset it and tried and it didn’t work. He advised it’ll be fixed the next morning by maintenance. I was on the go everyday. I did not want to waste any time so I did not bother do a follow up. This is a minor problem that can be looked into in the future.

Love the view from the balcony. Everyone is helpful and very friendly. Went above and beyond in making sure that our stay was worthwhile. The breakfast is great too. The guards are all very respectful and courteous. The room is big enough and clean. My favorite part of the hotel is the outside lawn with seating areas. I would always have my coffee there in the morning while enjoying the peace and quiet.

Probably they just need to invest in facilities as the hotel seems old and will need fresh paint and some renovations.

Customer service is really great. Room is clean; buffet breakfast is different everyday. Baguio longganisa is the best I've tasted so far. Kettle and coffee in the room. The room is a little bigger. I was allowed late check out without extra charge. That was very considerate. Thank you!

No air-conditioning in the room, but I guess you just have to open the windows so that cool air will enter the room. Gym equipment maybe needs upgrading.

Great breakfast and dinner selection/quality. Location was spot on; was easy to navigate and close by to city centre. Overall look of the hotel was splendid!

Room had way too many problems; upon arrival, TV was broken, fridge wasn’t working (ended up not being plugged in apparently) and toilets were leaking as well as not flushing. For the first hour we had room service coming in and out to fix all of those things, which was a massive inconvenience. Not to mention, staff at reception during check-in didn’t seem friendly.

Everything is exceptional. We had an amazing stay on this hotel and it really exceeded our expectation because of their manager, the staffs and their excellent service, the food, the location and the cleanliness of the room. The staffs are very accommodating and attentive. Whenever we requests for something, like refill of water for the milk of our 4 year old child, borrowing of iron for clothes, additional soaps and tissues, they actioned immediately. The foods are exceptional. They have variety of food served on their breakfast buffet including cereals for kids. We had an early morning tour on our 3rd day so we're unable to avail their buffet breakfast but they prepared a sandwich (which we did not expect to be very big and full of stuffings) and water. The location is great. From the hotel, we just took a walk when we visited the Wright Park, The Mansion and the Botanical Garden. If you're not into walking you can book a grab or wait for taxi to pass by. The room is huge with a garden view. It has 2 comfy double beds. They provide slippers and toiletress such as soap, shampoo, lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap and cotton buds. Aside from the usual bathroom tissue they also have a tissue napkin. The toilet has bidet. The bathroom has a hot and cold shower. This hotel deserves a five star. We will definitely go back to this hotel. Thank you so much to all the staffs of Hotel Elizabeth. The staff at this hotel is one of the greatest advantages of this hotel. They are all very helpful and attentive. They are ready to assist their guests. Breakfast at the hotel had a good selection and tastes great. The location is great (the city is accessible but a bit far from the hustle and traffic).

Great attention to detail. Wonderful flower arrangements throughout the hotel. The gardens were colourful and well laid out and beautifully maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of choices and the menu changed daily. The room was spacious with a balcony and the bed comfortable.

It would be useful and appreciated if hand towels could be provided in the bathroom .

Very good facilities, comfortable bed and pillows/duvet. Enough room space. Lobby, bar dining area are cousy and elegant. Buffet breakfast is great Filipino dishes with choices of bread and salads. Special mention of a very helpful and courteous staff including security guards. Enough parking space.

Advertised as a few kilometers away from city centre, which is good for you if you prefer to stay quiet and away on a hussle noisy city life. A bit difficult to get a taxi (Baguio taxi always busy), better to get the "app for grab taxi"
