We arrived at the property much later than planned. However, Zeny, the property manager, graciously made sure that the keys were left with the guard. The unit was just right for our family, with its two rooms with comfy beds and beddings, living room, TV sets, balcony, equipped kitchen, bathrooms with clean towels and strong wifi signal. The clean-up crew was there before check-out time but they courteously waited outside the unit while we packed up.

There were melted candles which should have been removed as they were very unsightly, and it indicates sloppy clean-up after guests have left. No point saving these candles. The artifical flowers/plants on the dining table also seemed dusty as my granddaughter started sneezing when she was eating there. This is Baguio where fresh flowers abound.

Communication with the host was easy and very accommodating. Senny her name was easy to get in touch with and easy to communicate with her. Great host and punctual. Over all everything was good and almost perfect with the property.

A very amazing place to stay in Baguio. Worth every penny. Nice and kind host. Very peaceful and quiet and relaxing exactly what our family was looking for. Mam Zeny and her staff were the friendliest host we've met. We'll definitely be back next time.

A bit hard to find the place at first because we got confused of the one way roads but doesn't really matter afterwards... Still a very relaxing place

I love this place. Close to market and downntown. Very quiet and secured. Security guard on duty 24hrs. The lady in charge Ms Zeny is very, very nice. Very approachable and accommodating. We would definitly come back.

So far there is nothing that I deslike with this condo.

The fitness center on the property is dilapidated and outdated. A refresh with more modern equipment would make this a MUST STAY vacation for health buffs as well. There is plenty of workout space...just need better workout equipment.

Pleasant apartment set in quiet area. Everything supplied to cook a basic meal. Clean and tidy with attentive host.

Television reception not good in the living area but okay in the bedroom. Shower pressure very low but passable. Wax candles on table were a nice touch but came with a notice warning of a hefty surcharge if lit. Games room not serviced, pool table cloth torn and no ping pong ball. All small things and certainly not enough to spoil our enjoyment of this well presented apartment.

Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. The staff is courteous, professional and easy to transact with. Location is also very ideal.

The temperature of water heater in the master's room is quite difficult to control. Waterflow in the second bathroom is a little bit weak. Overall stay is pleasant.

Near, The Botanical Gardens I like the location, Teachers Camp. Camp John Hay, Burnham Park. So Central. My only complain is too many mosquitoes 🦟 and noisy on the road. Even at night the dogs 🐕 are noisy. Noise repellent and mosquitoes 🦟 repellent is a must.

Property is well maintained, and very clean

The location is very accessible to all the tourists spots in the city
