Room was a good size with comfortable bed. On site restaurant with Italian food and quite reasonable. Breakfast included was thoughtful. Not the usual buffet but pre-ordered. Really nice hotel and the chef and owner are friendly towards guests.

No view from room - minor as view also not promised. Due to the pre order of breakfast, felt slightly harassed for an answer for what I wanted the next day as I checked in. Feeling tired I didn't really know if I wanted fish sausage or pancakes! Be aware that an "American Breakfast" is only pancakes. I had imagined incorrectly streaky bacon and eggs. However I preferred this thought out breakfasts being offered compared to buffet, it's less wasteful all round so I support it.

The rooms were clean and location great! The staff are super friendly and accommodating. They’re very attentive to our needs, you wouldn’t have to ask cos they have initiative. When I was down with food poisoning, they did everything to make things easier for me. Even found a way to get crackers which they don’t have in the property. The staff really try to get to know you and your dog. Everyone greets us, my dog and I, when we pass by the hallways. When we had to extend and transfer rooms, they let us check in early and helped us out with our bags. Oh and they also warm my dog’s food everyday. This isn’t the fanciest, prettiest, most high end hotel but you will definitely feel welcome and that you get your money’s worth. The staff appear to enjoy what they are doing and look genuinely concerned with their guests. Our family has been traveling every January to Baguio for more than a decade and I can say this has been our best hotel experience yet! Oh and bfast is okay but the restaurant food is even better!

The coziness, the super friendly staff (plus the very friendly man of the house Sir Jhun!), food was great! And we love the location, Giraffe is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by pine trees so despite the pollution and traffic in the city, we could still smell the pine trees!

We didn’t mind not having an a/c in the room because the weather was cold enough.. but not everyday in Baguio is chilly. and when the weather gets hot, the ceiling fan in our room was a bit too slow so we had to request for an additional fan. It was granted right away, thanks to the efficient staff :)

Great food and warm customer service, from the guard, staff all the way to the Manager. I have been staying here several times and they are consistent with their service. They carry our luggage up to the rooms, they offer free bwered coffee all the time which I love. They even have massage services which we love as additional relaxing activity during our stay.

We hope they have more parking for guests. Other than that, I feel they exceeded our expectations.

The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The place is also very cozy and peaceful. It helped a lot that the hotel is pet friendly and has free parking.

The breakfast is very bad. Not much option. It’s always the same Filipino rice + egg + fried food. It would have been nice to have variety of different food. Plus there is no elevator so it’s difficult to lift the things to the room.

The staff felt like family, they took care of us so well. (Special thanks to Ralph, Kim and Mylene) Comfort was 10/10 as well as the cleanliness. More importantly, they are pet-friendly. (Payment of 500/pet per night) Mangiamo restaurant is also notable, my Italian husband approves of it! Location is amazing, literally 5-10min. drive to all the famous attractions in Baguio.

We had an outstanding stay for Mama Liza's birthday. The hotel exceeded expectations with its cleanliness, exceptional staff (Ferbie, Ralph, and Maychelle), and a manager, Sir Richard, who ensured a smooth experience. Notably, it's one of the best pet-friendly hotels I've encountered. Highly recommended for a seamless and pet-inclusive stay.

Location was near almost to everything, however at night its kinda difficult to find your way back especially waze is not accurately giving the right directions. Love that they are pet friendly ~ will be my go to hotel when traveling with my fur-baby. Also the all the staff are super friendly ^^

The room is not air-conditioned, but still tolerable since it was a little rainy. ^^

The breakfast was fine and the service was excellent from the security guard to the owner of the hotel they were all approachable and kind. The only issue was the slow wifi connection and the location was a bit far from the center.

The furnitures in our rooms were wobbly. The chair is creaking and one of the night stand is really wobbly we did not even attempt to use it for fear it will just fall apart.
