If you want the peaceful side of baguio, then this hotel is for you. The hotel is new, and the staff are still learning, but they are very nice. The quality of the bed foam and pillow is excellent. You will really have a good sleep here. The facility is clean as well. It is beside a Jeepney station if you want to go to the city. You can also book grab or ask the guard to get you a taxi. Arca’s Cafe is just 2 mins away, you can also relax here and grab your food. Their food is excellent. My recommendation is to put some sofa set in the balcony near the dining or convert the dining to lounge area so guest can also relax there. Also, to provide water dispensers so guest can refill their water bottles or to have a mini snack bar inside.

The room was big and comfortable for the price. The staff were all friendly, albeit forgetful. I appreciate how they accommodated our request to eat dinner at the staff dining area. We ordered dinner via grab and the rooms didn't have a dining area, so we asked if they had a canteen.

First, it's a bit far from the center of the city. Second, the bathrooms could use more rails for hanging clothes. There were also no trash cans inside. The tub is too slippery to take a shower in so they should add rubber mats to stand on because it's only a matter of time before someone slips and lands the wrong way in there. Lastly, my parents' room didn't have any hot water so they were asked to use the electric kettle, but it was also defective so they had to ask for another one.

I like that our room is clean and comfortable. The view is great and the staff are attentive to our needs. The location is a little bit farm from the center, but i liked it. It felt a little secluded and more close to nature so it’s more peaceful.

Although the room is clean, there is this one extra long pillow that kinds of smell so i asked the staff to just take it away. And the bed’s headboard also has a weird smell. But overall, i think it’s still better than some of the hotels we’ve been in.

The location of this place is perfect. Fairly quiet street, ample parking space. The rooms were spacious, cozy and comfortable. The staff was also lovely, ready to help with any request (I had requested for a room on a higher level if possible, which they did give me the option for the next day).

We stayed there a bit too early on, so their dining space and garden and patio isn't ready yet. So we had to go out in search of breakfast. I think this might change in the coming months as I did see a beautiful dining area coming up on the higher floor. The basement rooms also took us by surprise. The windows open up to a wall unfortunately , so there’s no view of the beautiful mountains. The rooms themselves are extremely comfortable and spacious, so there isn’t a claustrophobic feeling. Please request for one of the higher rooms when booking, so you have a view of the mountain and not a wall!

Its BRAND NEW! We love the rooms and the beddings. The toilets have bathtub with rainshower. The water pressure and hot water is working fine. The staff are very welcoming and eager to please. They are on soft opening and everyone seem excited and nervous at the same time but they did very well and we have truly enjoyed our stay. Their restaurant is still closed but there are a lot of dining options in Baguio so its not a problem at all for us. Definitely coming back. Two thumbs up to the wonderful staff specially Dianne and Ron.

1. No hooks where you can hang your clothes in the bedrooms and bathroom. 2. Only one set of toiletries were initially given so we have to call them to ask for additional 3 sets since we are group of 4. 3. There are only 3 cups and one teaspoon in the room. We are expecting 4.

This is a brand new Hotel, built in a modern style with many amenities in the rooms - ceiling fan, air conditioning, hot water in the bathroom. A lovely large room terrace just above the hotel entrance where I can drink my coffee in the morning and watch the beautiful view around. Very convenient parking lot with enough parking space and 24-hour parking security.

It was very homey and cozy. We didn’t want to leave.

The location. It’s hard to get a cab going back to the place. Leaving the place there’s a jeep terminal parked next to the hotel that goes all the way to SM Baguio but no jeep going back. Wish we knew this before choosing the hotel. Best to bring your own car for convenience.

Rooms, cleanliness, location and staff

Food selection is not up to par. Price is very expensive especially the bfast meal for one person. Price is like for 3 people set meal already.. management should review it as there is a lot of potential on the place and location.

The location because its away from the city and its really quiet ,calm and the ambiance was really great.

Its the taxi or the transportation though they have jeepney’s .I am the type of person who use prefer to ride on the taxi than jeepney.
