The ambiance is truly elegant and gives off a classy, relaxing vibe. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always making sure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that made the stay even more enjoyable.

The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, but the soundproofing could be improved. I could hear a baby crying in the room next to ours, as well as some noise from an event or program on the ground floor. It wasn’t too disruptive, but enhancing the sound insulation would definitely make the stay even more relaxing.

It's away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. We truly were relaxed and at peace. Nothing beats a good morning and afternoon walk around the area. It was near enough Mines View Park, The Mansion, Wright Park, and good Baguio restaurants. The view every morning from our hotel room is captivating. The staff were very hospitable and accomodating. The room is spacious and clean. And I really appreciate that it had a bunch of power outlets. It's a family-friendly hotel with lots of activities too. We particularly loved that they've arranged a Visita-Iglesia for the Holy Week and we got to discover and pray at different churches around Baguio.

Room was very spacious. Surrounding was pleasant and quiet. Breakfast buffet menu varies everyday, they have bakery and bread were delicous. Moreover, the staffs were incredible, esp. the guards/butlers were very helpful. 5/5 stay, will definitely book again. Lemon and Olives, Amare La Cucina, Volante, The Mansion, Wright Park are just walking distance while, Mines View Park is just 1 jeep ride away.

The carpet smelled musty at first, it was gone slightly when we opened the veranda and airconditioner.

The breakfasts at the hotel were highly varied. The service in the hotel was excellent. There is also lush greenery at the back and at the lunch and breakfast area. There is a delightful flight of dragonflies in the morning and the sound of cicadas at night. An added bonus is a library and a museum of Fillipiniana art and history which makes the stay truly worthwhile

The faucet in the bathroom needs repair as it leaks a lot. The scenery near the hotel is about to become a distant memory because of the various construction activities nearby.

Breakfast options was plenty and all the choices served were delicious. Room was big and clean and they we were able to extend our stay for 1 more day while retaining our old rooms. I also requested for a senior accessible room and they delivered. Our senior parents travelling with us were really satisfied with the room. The staff are very nice and helpful especially to our senior companions.

Great buffet, and they have strong WiFi. If you are looking for serenity, peace, and quiet, this is the PLACE. Staff are friendly and approachable. Just a few minutes walk from Mines View Park and Good Shepherd. For souvenirs, there are lots along the way. Food? There are stalls and 7/11 where we can buy our essential needs, likewise few minute walk from the hotel.

I like it was not in downtown Baguio so it was quiet. I move to USa age 4 now age 56 enjoy vacationing in Philippines. My 1st was November 2023 for 3 weeks. June 2024 for 3 weeks with my long distance relationship.

All of it what is not to like. I have traveled to 46 U.S.A. States on my Harley Davidson Street Glide. Now I will explore Philippines where I was born moved to USA 🇺🇸 age 4, now 56.

This is the best hotel in Baguio that's less expensive than the hotels at Camp John Hay. It's a bit far from the city center as it is between The Mansion and Mines View Park. Meaning, it's away from the noise and crowd of the city - that is if you're looking for a quiet retreat after strolling in the city (or SM). We booked 2 bedrooms with two beds each. The beddings are good. Glad they have a smart TV with netflix, and other stuffs. The breakfast at the terrace is great. Love the morning breakfasts. You can easily get a taxi from this location but if you cant, the hotel staffs will kindly help you get one. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely book this hotel again.

There's a current construction right across the hotel, destroying the lovely morning view of rising sun behind tall pine trees :(

They served buffet for breakfast and they have different menu everyday. True to their word, the hotel was pet friendly. We stayed after New Year, but we still felt the festive Christmas vibe. The staff was warm and very friendly. They have lawn where guest can roam around instead of just staying in their rooms.

They collected a fee for pets whcih I think is reasonable but the rate should be lower or at least they could have provided a pee pad in the room.

I like the location, great for a get-away from city life. The property is surprisingly great, love the big balconies and the spacious room. The staff are extra friendly.

I wanted to pay in cash, but they already charged my credit card before I physically checked in. I could be better if they asked first.
