Excellent location, best view and the unit space was more than enough for our family. The unit is also well-equipped with the basic appliances and utensils. Staff were friendly and nice and they let us check-out late.

My wife didnt sleep well because the unit stinks like sewage coming from the bathroom. No toiletries so you need to buy or bring your own.

The property is in an excellent location away from most of the busy noisy traffic. And has great views of the hills. The staff were very accommodating, especially since we arrived late in the evening for our check-in. And they were also generous enough to allow us a late check out. The kitchen had a good supply of mugs, plates, and pans, which really made us feel at home.

The towels felt cheap, and there was a lack of several items for the bathroom. No face towels, soap, lotion, or toothbrush. So there is room for improvement here.

The location was nice, with a decent view of the valley below. The room was well equipped and good sized, with plenty of opening windows...which it needed with no AC.

Lack of air conditioning. Especially in a room this expensive. I wish they offered something besides Thai food in the lobby restaurant.

1. It was already mentioned, but it could have been better if there is a bidet in the toilet. 2. They did not deliver 1 bedsheet, so 1 of us slept on an uncovered extra bed. 3. The parking slot assigned to us was occupied by another car, so we had to park somewhere else. 4. It was a tad noisy in our room since we were fronting the road. 5. Tried to contact the lobby before checking in, got no response from them at all (call, text and even email). 6. Very weak and slow wifi. Because of this, we had to use mobile data instead.

The units are big and can occupy several persons. I also liked that it had a kitchen, dining and living room. The property is near several nice restaurants. The check-in was fast and transfer of unit when there was a problem in the first unit was also fast. There was a nice view from the deck.

We had to transfer unit because the first unit had several cockroaches. There was also no convenience store in the property when we needed to buy some things.

Everything. The mountain views are amazing. The staff are very professional and kind. The restaurant here is amazing thai food with great serving sizes 2 to 3 pax for 400s. All 6 of my family ate very well for 1.8 k php. Parking is secured area with 24 hour guards under hotel in shade.

View from the roof is spectacular, maybe the best in Bagio. Cooking possibility and safe parking. The room was the first completely silent one in the Philippines during our two-month long travel.

The appartement has a poor view on the shadow-side of the hotel and it's general ambiance does not match with the rest of the building. The furniture is uncomfortable, but functional.

We love the place. The room was very neat. Staff were very accommodating and was even given an upgraded room. The condotel has lots of amenities with a restaurant in the upper ground.

Supply of water was not enough in the toilets, however, we still felt comfortable during our stay.

the location and the ambience was really good. my first time in baguio did not have any stay issues. additionally, the rooms nearly looked like family rooms with every amenity catered to a family atmosphere.

there wasnot much to like. except the fact that the hotel could provide us extra pillows or mosquito repellents for the guests who visits the first time. that could be helpful.

Very nice place close to a lot of eating places. The unit was well-equipped. It was great that drinking water was provided.

Inside the drawers were dusty so some serious wiping was done before putting things inside. There was also noisy construction next-door and while it's not the property's fault, maybe a disclosure is in order.
